Before applying for your desired position, we recommend tailoring your resume to highlight your detailed project experience and core strengths.We'd also love to hear about your long-term hobbies and interests, as we believe passion fuels creativity!
02.Interview
Once your resume passes the initial screening, you will proceed to the formal interview process. This typically consists of 3–5 rounds, assessing professional expertise, overall competencies, and cultural fit. Depending on the role, additional written assessments or technical tests may be required.
03.Offer & Background Check
After you ace the interviews, we'll extend a job offer! With your written consent, we'll conduct a background check. Once verified, our HR team will guide you through the onboarding prep smoothly and efficiently.
04.Onboarding
On your first day, you'll get a clear Day 1 guide. Your manager will work with you to set clear goals, and a mentor will be there to offer support—helping you quickly adapt and embark on your new journey at Meitu. Now, it's time to shine your talent and creativity!
