1. 跨文化组织进化与战略拆解(懂业务、能破局)

业务敏锐与人效诊断: 深入业务一线,听懂业务负责人的“口头焦虑”(如:产出低、协作卡顿),精准翻译并诊断出组织、人效或人才层面的底层根因。

敏捷组织与工作流设计: 伴随业务生命周期,帮业务主管搭班子、理流程。尤其擅长优化 AI 协同时代下的团队敏捷工作流,专治各种组织卡顿。

跨文化丝滑沟通: 英语作为高频工作语言。通过跨国界的日常陪伴与人才交付,将全球化、拥抱 AI 等宏观战略拆解落地为具体的组织人才专项。

 

2. 全球动态人才掘金与教练辅导(抓人才、促转型)

全渠道精准寻猎: 能够真正深入国内外垂类社区与行业地图,为业务精准挖猎对影像热爱、对美图产品钟情、能在实战中务实前行的全球化人才。

动态盘点与机制激励: 落地以技能和产出为核心的创新人才模型,清晰识别关键岗位的风险,设计具有牵引性的晋升与敏捷激励机制,激活组织内的“超级个体”。

发展性教练辅导: 运用聆听、提问和复盘等教练技术,在核心骨干和业务 Leader 陷入管理盲区时引导其自我觉察,做大家值得信赖的有温度的 Partner。

 

3. 组织氛围重塑与风险防御(能引燃、守底线)

团队氛围诊断与正向引燃: 通过日常测温与深度访谈,敏锐捕捉团队情绪。在大环境低谷或变革期,通过务实的沟通与有仪式感的文化活动重构团队活力,化内耗为冲劲。

底线合规与复杂员工关系处理: 熟悉相关劳动法律法规,在面临组织调整等阵痛时,既能坚守合规底线,又能提供足够的情绪缓冲,妥善化解危机。

 

4. 数智化交付与 HR 产品化美学(玩转 AI、高审美)

通用 AI 工具日常提效: 将通用大模型无缝嵌入日常高频工作流,用科技解放基础文书事务。

低代码 AI Agent 搭建: 敢于折腾,利用低代码工具搭建对话式 HR Agent,将重复、内耗的业务流进行自动化沉淀,把精力留给“与人产生深度链接”。

HR 产品化思维与美学审定: 像做 To C 产品一样迭代 HR 流程与服务。同时发挥你的高标准审美、摄影或修图特长,在日常团队建设与文化落地中,通过极具视觉美感的产出物为团队注入能量。

This is a unique HRBP role where you will deeply embed yourself into the business, leveraging your influence and cutting-edge tech to inject unstoppable vitality into the organization.


As the "Core Connector" between our domestic and overseas business teams, you will collaborate with cross-cultural talents on a truly global stage. In our fast-paced global market, we require a tech-savvy, "geek-spirited" driver of organizational evolution.


Core Competencies & Responsibilities:

1. Cross-Cultural Organizational Evolution & Strategic Alignment

Business Acumen & Productivity Diagnosis: Dive deep into the front lines to truly understand business leaders' spoken anxieties (like low output or collaboration blocks). Translate these pain points into clear root causes across organizational, productivity, or talent levels.

Agile Organization & Workflow Design: Partner with business leaders to build teams and clean up messy processes throughout the business lifecycle. You will especially focus on optimizing team workflows in an AI-collaborative era.

Seamless Cross-Cultural Communication: Use English daily to provide cross-border partnership and talent delivery, translating macro strategies (like globalization and AI adoption) into concrete, localized team initiatives.


2. Global Dynamic Talent Scouting & Coaching

Omni-Channel Precision Hunting: Map out global talent landscapes and dive into niche communities to hunt for top global talents—especially those who love photography, imaging tech, and beautiful products, and who can drive practical business results.

Dynamic Talent Mapping & Incentive Design: Implement innovative, skill-and-output-based talent models. Identify key position risks and design forward-looking promotion and agile incentive mechanisms to unlock the potential of "super individuals" within the organization.

Developmental Coaching: Apply coaching techniques (active listening, powerful questioning, and debriefing) to guide team leaders and core members out of their management blind spots. Be the trusted partner they actually want to talk to.


3. Culture Reshaping & Risk Mitigation

Team Sentiment Diagnosis & Positive Ignition: Gauge team sentiment through regular pulse checks and deep-dive interviews. During market lows or organizational transformations, re-energize teams through authentic communication and meaningful cultural rituals.

Compliance Bottom-line & Complex Employee Relations: Stay well-versed in labor laws and local compliance. During organizational restructuring or growing pains, safeguard compliance while providing an empathetic emotional buffer to smoothly navigate crises.


4. Digital Delivery & HR Product Aesthetics

Everyday AI Tool Efficiency: Seamlessly embed LLMs into your daily workflows (for content drafting, screening, or visuals) to free yourself from manual paperwork.

Low-Code AI Agent Building: Experiment with low-code tools to build conversational HR Agents, automating repetitive and draining operational workflows so you can focus on creating deep human connections.

HR Product Thinking & Aesthetic Discernment: Iterate on HR processes and services as if designing a B2C product. Leverage your sharp aesthetic sense, photography, or photo-editing skills to inject vibrant energy into team building and cultural initiatives through highly polished visual deliverables.

Who We Are Looking For:

Must-haves:

Cross-Cultural & Global Enablement: English as a high-frequency working language. Fluent and precise verbal/written communication, with zero friction when collaborating with domestic and overseas teams.

Proven Track Record: Solid experience as an HRBP or in talent acquisition within globalizing enterprises or multinational corporations (Internet/Tech sector preferred). Deep familiarity with at least two modules among OD, ER, or Performance & Incentives.

Digital-First Mindset: Strong data-driven mindset, able to leverage analytics dashboards to support decision-making. Practical, hands-on experience using LLMs and AI productivity tools.
