岗位职责

1、负责公司大数据平台AI应用的全生命周期管理，包括但不限于基于业务场景进行智能体（如数据分析、数据治理、舆情洞察）的需求分析、思维链设计、训练数据规划、应用编排及效果评估，推动智能体解决方案的落地

2、深入业务前线，主动挖掘并承接各业务部门的数据与AI融合需求，独立提供从数据采集、处理到智能化应用的全链路产品解决方案，并推动项目交付

3、撰写详细的产品需求文档（PRD），设计数据流程、算法应用逻辑及用户体验，主导与算法、开发、数据团队的合作，确保产品技术方案的可行性与高效实现，为AI易用性和准确率负责

4、紧密跟进AI与大数据领域的技术与行业趋势，进行竞品与市场分析，制定具有前瞻性的数据产品策略

职位要求

1、5年及以上大数据产品相关经验，有大数据平台、AI产品、数据中台或智能决策类产品经验优先

2、本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计学等理工类专业优先

3、具备清晰的AI产品化思维，了解大模型、机器学习的基本原理与应用流程，熟悉智能体构建的关键环节，能熟练运用相关工具；

4、对大数据技术栈（如数据仓库、数据治理、数据安全）有扎实理解，熟悉完整的数据开发与供应链路；

5、具备优秀的数据分析能力，熟练使用SQL、Python等工具进行数据探查与验证

6、出色的逻辑思维、沟通协调能力，能够跨团队推动复杂项目落地

7、拥有强抗压能力与创新意识，能在复杂业务环境中推进系统性变革

Job Title: AI Application Data Product Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the full lifecycle management of AI applications on the company's big data platform, including but not limited to: requirement analysis for intelligent agents based on business scenarios (such as data analysis, data governance, and public opinion insights), chain-of-thought design, training data planning, application orchestration, and effect evaluation, promoting the implementation of intelligent agent solutions.
2. Go deep into the business front line, proactively identify and absorb the data and AI integration needs of various business departments, independently provide end-to-end product solutions from data collection, processing to intelligent application, and drive project delivery.
3. Write detailed product requirement documents (PRDs), design data workflows, algorithm application logic, and user experience, lead collaboration with algorithm, development, and data teams, ensure the feasibility and efficient implementation of product technical solutions, and take responsibility for AI usability and accuracy.
4. Closely track technological and industry trends in the AI and big data fields, conduct competitive and market analysis, and formulate forward-looking data product strategies.

Job Requirements

1. 5+ years of relevant experience in big data products, with preference for experience in big data platforms, AI products, data middle platforms, or intelligent decision-making products.
2. Bachelor's degree or above, with preference for majors in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or other science and engineering disciplines.
3. Possess clear AI productization thinking, understand the basic principles and application processes of large models and machine learning, be familiar with the key links of intelligent agent construction, and be able to skillfully use relevant tools.
4. Have a solid understanding of the big data technology stack (such as data warehousing, data governance, and data security), and be familiar with the complete data development and supply chain.
5. Possess excellent data analysis capabilities, and be proficient in using tools such as SQL and Python for data exploration and validation.
6. Excellent logical thinking, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to drive the implementation of complex projects across teams.
7. Possess strong stress tolerance and innovation awareness, and be able to drive systemic changes in complex business environments.
