岗位职责

l作为中台数据分析枢纽，承接业务团队及中后台职能部门的数据需求，能够独立完成需求理解、拆解，并推动落地交付。

l在实践中不仅完成数据支持工作，还能发现问题、提出改进方向，并逐步沉淀可复用的分析方法，并赋能各业务分析场景。

l深度参与用户增长、收入增长等重点业务方向，负责指标体系梳理及专项分析任务，完成从数据准备到结果输出的闭环。

l在跨团队协作中，能够站在业务视角理解需求，提供可靠、稳定的数据支持，成为连接业务与数据的有效桥梁。

l面对多来源、多优先级的需求，能够主动判断轻重缓急，必要时与业务方沟通预期并推动优先级对齐。

任职要求

l本科及以上学历，统计、数学、计算机、经济等相关专业优先

l具备基础数据分析能力（熟练Excel，掌握SQL，了解Python优先）

l具备一定的业务理解能力，能够结合业务场景开展数据支持工作

l做事细致负责，有稳定的执行力，能够对结果负责

l具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识，能够理解并响应不同团队需求

Job Title: Data Analyst (Business Intelligence & Growth)

Responsibilities

lData Hub & Delivery: Serve as the central data hub for the organization. Bridge the gap between business units and back-office functions by independently capturing, decomposing, and delivering on complex data requirements.

lGrowth & Strategy Support: Deep-dive into core business pillars such as User Growth and Revenue Optimization. You will own the full analytical lifecycle—from defining KPI frameworks and data preparation to delivering actionable insights.

lPrioritization & Stakeholder Management: Navigate high-volume, multi-source requests with ease. You must proactively assess business impact, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive alignment on priorities.

lOptimization & Knowledge Sharing: Go beyond tactical support to identify systemic friction points. Develop reusable analytical frameworks and best practices to empower cross-functional teams and drive operational efficiency.

lBusiness-Data Synergy: Act as a strategic bridge between "Data" and "Business." Translate raw numbers into business narratives to ensure stable, reliable, and insight-driven support.

Requirements

lEducation: Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics are preferred.

lTechnical Stack: Proficiency in SQL and Excel is a must. Familiarity with Python is a significant plus.

lBusiness Acumen: Ability to connect data dots within a real-world business context.

lExecution & Ownership: Highly detail-oriented with a proven track record of stable execution and a strong sense of accountability.

lInterpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and a service-oriented mindset, with the ability to navigate and respond to diverse stakeholder needs.
