Role Overview
As the Influencer Marketing Manager(US & Brazil) for AirBrush, you will act as the vital bridge connecting our brand with creators and users across our two highest-priority strategic markets.
AirBrush is a smart photo and video editing app designed to make it easy to create stunning images with intuitive tools that anyone can use. From professional photographers and content creators to everyday users, AirBrush helps make every photo and video look its best.
In this role, you will blend an innate aesthetic sense with data-driven decision-making, leveraging growth initiatives like native UGC pools and side-account networks to showcase AirBrush’s signature features (such as AI filters, skin smoothing, object removal, and background adjustments). Your mission is to drive scalable user acquisition and engagement through highly relatable, visually compelling content.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Influencer Campaign Management: Formulate and execute tailored influencer marketing strategies for the US and Brazil across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Own the complete lifecycle including sourcing, vetting, negotiation, contract signing, creative alignment, and long-term relationship cultivation.
- Visual & Content Strategy Formulation: Deeply analyze AirBrush's core product features—including AI filters, skin smoothing, object removal, and intuitive background adjustments. Translate these capabilities into creative, localized briefs that guide influencers to produce authentic, high-converting content suited for photographers, creators, and everyday users alike.
- Data-Driven Performance Optimization: Obsessively monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics. Take direct accountability for Impressions, CPM, ER, and CPE, consistently refining the content hook and visual framing to optimize down-funnel ROI.
- UGC Incubator & Side-Account Matrix Development: Build from scratch and aggressively scale an independent overseas UGC creator pool alongside a "Side-Account" system to support high-volume, rapid-fire content testing and ensure a steady stream of organic, viral assets.
- Localization & Cultural Trend Sniffing: Maintain hyper-sensitivity to global social media algorithms, trending aesthetics, video formats, and viral memes. Decode the psychological and cultural nuances between US demographics and the Brazilian market to deliver hyper-localized influencer directions.
- Cross-Functional Content Amplification: Collaborate seamlessly with User Acquisition (UA), Creative Studio, and Product teams. Extract winning influencer assets, package them into paid ad creative loops, and maximize the commercial scale of top-performing native content.
- Team Mentorship & Project Leadership: Orchestrate workflows across external agencies and internal cross-functional stakeholders. Serve as a core pillar within the growth team, providing methodological guidance, aesthetic coaching, and day-to-day support to junior team members.
What You Bring to the Team
- Proven Track Record: 3–5 years of solid hands-on experience in overseas influencer marketing. Proven success in executing campaigns targeting the US or Brazil markets is highly preferred. Experience with To-C mobile applications (especially photography, video editing, utility, or fashion/lifestyle spaces) is a massive plus.
- Exquisite Aesthetic Sense & Grid Fluency: You are a heavy native user of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You possess a deeply ingrained instinct for what makes a video or photo visually captivating, knowing exactly how to grab a user's attention within the first 3 seconds (the "Hook").
- Rigorous Analytical Mindset: Extremely comfortable with post-campaign data deep-dives. Able to diagnose underperforming creative assets by correlating metrics like drop-off rates and ER back to structural content or visual issues.
- Growth-Hacking Drive: Prior practical experience with UGC creator networks, affiliate loops, or running side-account matrices. You love experimenting with new, unmapped traffic opportunities.
- Flawless Communication & Languages: Full professional fluency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) with the confidence to host alignments with global creators. Fluency or working proficiency in Portuguese is a significant competitive advantage.
- Leadership Soft Skills: Exceptional project management capabilities, highly resilient in fast-paced environments, with prior experience in mentoring junior peers or managing cross-functional projects.
