-探索 AI 的落地玩法： 结合公司的 AI 节奏，探索 AIGC 和自动化工具在数据对账、财务分析、报表生成中的实际应用，一起把团队从重复劳动中解放出来

-用“产品思维”做内部体验： 把业务团队当成你的“用户”。在保证合规的前提下，优化业财对接体验和审批流，让财务规则变得顺畅、好用

Finance Management Trainee

We are looking for a Finance Management Trainee who refuses to be boxed in. To us, finance is much more than acting as a traditional "gatekeeper" who just balances books and enforces rigid processes. What You Will Do

Here, you will undergo a comprehensive internal rotation system, gaining a deep understanding of processes, business, and innovation:

• Solid Rotation Experience: You will start with foundational roles (such as Treasury/Cashiering) for the first 6–12 months. This is the most intuitive way to master the company’s cash flows and will serve as your first "testing ground" to optimize workflows using product thinking. Afterward, you will rotate across all core finance functions (e.g., Business BP, Financial Analysis, Corporate Treasury, etc.).
• Explore AI Implementation: Aligning with the company's AI roadmap, you will explore the practical applications of AIGC and automation tools in data reconciliation, financial analysis, and report generation, helping to liberate the team from repetitive manual labor.
• Apply "Product Thinking" to Internal UX: Treat our business units as your "users." While ensuring compliance, you will optimize the finance-business interface and approval workflows, making financial policies smooth, intuitive, and user-friendly.
• Be a Reliable Partner to the Business: Say goodbye to accounting behind closed doors. You will step onto the front lines of business operations, decode commercial logic through data insights, and provide professional support from a macro perspective to help the business scale faster.

• Open Background & Language Skills: Bachelor’s degree or above, open to all majors. We warmly welcome both outstanding fresh graduates and professionals with 1–2 years of experience.
