- 制定项目目标、预算、时间表和执行计划,协调招聘团队、业务团队、高校及供应商等多方资源;
- 同时管理多个项目的优先级和推进节奏,及时识别并解决执行风险;
- 建立清晰的数据指标和复盘机制,关注参与、体验、人才识别和后续转化,而不只关注活动规模;

Talent Acquisition Manager (Early Talent Programs)
Location: Shenzhen or Xiamen, China
Why This Role Exists
We want to build a long-term future talent pipeline that goes beyond traditional campus recruitment.
This includes graduate hiring, university partnerships, campus ambassador programs, student competitions, internship programs, employer branding, and other initiatives designed for emerging talent. The questions you will help us answer are:
Who are the young people we should get to know earlier—and what kind of experience will help them understand Meitu while allowing us to recognize their potential?
This is a project operations and resource management role. You will need to understand young talent, turn ideas into well-designed programs, coordinate internal and external resources, and take ownership of results.
What You’ll Do
1. Design and Operate Future Talent Programs
- Design and run campus recruitment, internship, campus ambassador, student competition, and other emerging talent programs based on Meitu’s future business and talent needs;
- Own the complete program journey, from target audience and program design to communications, participant experience, and long-term talent conversion;
- Use program data and participant feedback to improve the experience and strengthen its long-term talent pipeline value;
- Explore new ways to connect with universities and student communities in China and internationally, rather than relying only on traditional graduate recruitment;
- Design programs that reflect how young people actually engage, learn, and share.
2. University Partnerships and Resource Management
- Identify and develop relationships with relevant universities, faculties, and academic programs based on priority talent areas;
- Develop university visits, course partnerships, joint projects, practical learning opportunities, competitions, and other forms of collaboration;
- Maintain relationships with faculty members, student organizations, campus ambassadors, and external partners;
- Build a structured database of university channels and partnerships, continuously evaluating their quality and impact;
- Allocate budgets, internal resources, channels, and vendors according to program objectives.
3. Employer Branding and Talent Content
- Understand the topics and content that resonate with young talent and develop engaging campus communications and employer branding initiatives;
- Work with brand, design, business teams, and external vendors to deliver online and offline content and events;
- Strengthen Meitu’s awareness among priority talent groups through social media, campus communities, events, and word of mouth;
- Turn Meitu’s products, AI imaging capabilities, and real business challenges into experiences that young people want to join and share.
4. Project and Resource Coordination
- Define program objectives, budgets, timelines, and execution plans, coordinating recruitment teams, business teams, universities, and external vendors;
- Manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time, identifying risks and resolving execution issues early;
- Establish clear success metrics and review mechanisms, focusing on participation, experience, talent identification, and long-term conversion—not only event size;
- Turn effective projects into sustainable and repeatable programs.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in campus recruitment, employer branding, emerging talent programs, user operations, event operations, or project management;
- Strong end-to-end project management capabilities, from program design through execution and review;
- A genuine understanding of young people, campus culture, and content trends, with the ability to design from the participant’s perspective;
- The ability to coordinate business teams, universities, vendors, and other stakeholders while managing complex resources;
- Strong operational and data awareness, with the ability to balance creative ideas with a clear view of what is actually working;
- A proactive communicator who builds rapport easily, communicates with clarity and structure, thinks rigorously, actively closes information gaps, and helps people align around complex issues;
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable working style, with the ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple parallel projects.
Experience with global campus initiatives, cross-cultural programs, student communities, internet user operations, or large-scale brand programs would be a plus.
What You’ll Gain
- The opportunity to move beyond seasonal campus recruitment and help build Meitu’s long-term future talent ecosystem;
- Experience connecting campus recruitment, emerging talent operations, employer branding, and university partnerships;
- Exposure to Meitu’s AI imaging products, global businesses, and specialist teams;
- The freedom to design and launch talent programs with genuine long-term value.
