Why We Need You:
At Meitu, we build AI-powered visual apps that millions of people worldwide use to create and connect. When those users hit a snag, they turn to us for help — and that’s where you come in. We’re looking for a genuine people person who can turn a confusing moment into a “wow, that was easy” experience, all while helping our products get smarter. If you’re the kind of person who loves solving puzzles, writing thoughtful replies, and geeking out over how a support interaction can feel more human, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
· Be the voice of our global community — jump into emails, live chat to answer questions and solve problems, with a special focus on making our overseas users feel right at home;
· Turn frowns upside down — dig into complaints and tricky issues, figure out what’s really going on, and loop in the right teams to deliver fixes that keep our brand reputation shining;
· Be the user’s inside voice — capture and organize the feedback you hear every day, then turn those real-world insights into reports that product and design teams actually use to make our apps better;
· Bridge the gap — work closely with product, dev, and other squads, making sure user needs don’t get lost in translation and that every team is pulling toward a smoother support experience;
· Shape our AI helper — get your hands dirty with our chatbot, experience it like a real user would, and share smart ideas to make automated help feel more natural, not robotic.
Who You Are:
· You have a bachelor’s degree — we’re open to any major as long as you can think, write, and communicate with clarity and empathy;
· Your English is top-notch: you write and speak as naturally as a native, and you can hop on a call with a user in New York or Singapore without missing a beat;
· You’re a natural listener — you read between the lines, pick up on what someone really needs, and reply in a way that feels personal, not copy-pasted;
· When things get weird or urgent, you don’t freeze — you stay cool, think fast, and figure out a solution that makes sense;
· You genuinely enjoy helping people — patience and warmth aren’t just resume words for you, they’re how you actually operate;
· You’re no stranger to app-based support: you know the tools, the tone, and the tempo it takes to keep users happy and feel looked after;
· You have a healthy curiosity about AI and imaging tech — you don’t need to write code, but you’re excited to understand how our apps work so you can support users better.
Even Better If You...
· Studied English, translation, or linguistics, or you have a certification like TEM-8 or IELTS 7+ — but we’d trade a piece of paper for real-world fluency any day;
· Spent time abroad in an English-speaking environment, or you’ve supported international users in a fast-moving internet company;
· Bring 1–3 years of hands-on experience in customer service, especially for apps or digital products with a global user base;
· You’ve tinkered with AI or imaging apps as a user yourself and have opinions on what makes a great support journey.
