Location: Sydney (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office)


The Vision

As our first key hire and growth engine for the English-speaking markets (US, AU, UK), you will be the architect of our 0-to-1 expansion. You’re not just executing a plan; you’re shaping the brand’s soul for the market. Leading a lean, agile team, you’ll turn this AI design tool into a must-have for SMBs and creators through sharp localization and a smart mix of growth channels.


Core Responsibilities

1. Brand Incubation & Localization (From 0 to 1)

● The Blueprint: Dive deep into user research during the validation phase. Define our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and carve out a USP that actually cuts through the noise in Western markets.

● Storytelling: Own the brand voice, aesthetic, and narrative for English-speaking users. Make sure DesignKit doesn’t just work well—it needs to "speak the language" of the industry.


2. Full-Stack Growth & Media Buy

● Social Engine: Build and manage our presence on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Drive organic growth through content that people actually want to share.

● Performance: Smartly allocate the annual budget, owning the ROI and new user acquisition targets.

● The Mix: Experiment with KOL/KOC partnerships, affiliate marketing, and community-led growth.


3. Team Building & Global Synergy

● Hiring: Build a "small but mighty" local team that is fast, professional, and obsessed with results.

● The Bridge: Connect local insights with HQ resources. Ensure our regional strategy aligns with global goals while maintaining the flexibility to move fast locally.


About You

● The Track Record: 5+ years in Tech, SaaS, or Creative Tools. If you’ve helped an SMB explode from zero to hero, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

● The GTM Strategist: You know how to launch. You can balance long-term brand building with the immediate need for ROI without breaking a sweat.

● User-Centric: You can turn technical AI jargon into a compelling "Why" for the user. You have a "gut feel" for target user pain points.

● A "T-Shaped" Marketer: You have deep, hands-on experience in either Paid Media or Social Content. You aren't afraid to get your hands dirty in the early days.

● AI-Native: You don’t just use AI; you believe in it. You stay ahead of AI trends and know how to turn tech breakthroughs into marketing wins.

● Chaos Coordinator: You thrive in the "organized chaos" of a startup. You can manage multiple threads—hiring, research, and ad spend—without dropping the ball.

● The Connector: You are a proactive communicator. You know how to advocate for local needs to HQ while filtering out the noise to give the product team actionable feedback.

● Culturally Fluid: You bridge the gap between time zones and cultures effortlessly. You’re transparent, inclusive, and focused on driving consensus across a global team.
