Why We Need You:
We’re looking for a PMO who refuses to be a meeting-notes robot. You think in product terms, you’re obsessed with AI as a superpower, and you thrive as the connective tissue between teams—especially when the mission spans continents.
What You’ll Do:
· Rotate across our core business lines to learn how products get built and shipped, then use that context to drive projects forward, not just track them;
· Experiment with AI-powered workflows to automate progress tracking, risk alerts, and reporting, freeing the team from busywork so they can focus on impact;
· Treat cross-team collaboration as a product to refine—talk to your “users” (the people in those teams), spot friction points, and redesign processes to make working together feel effortless;
· Serve as the information hub for global, multi-timezone initiatives, ensuring goals and actions are crystal clear so complex projects land without a hitch.
Who You Are:
· A curious, pragmatic problem-solver with a bachelor’s degree (any major) and ideally 1–2 years of work experience—fresh grads with the right mindset are absolutely welcome, we care more about how you think than what you’ve done;
· Unflappable under pressure—you stay centered when things get messy or ambiguous, and you focus on finding a way forward rather than getting stuck in the noise;
· A natural closer—you have that instinct to see tasks through to the last detail, and you take pride in making sure “done” really means done;
· A clear, confident communicator in English—you’ll be bridging cultures and time zones daily, so you need to make complex ideas land with teams from different backgrounds;
· Already using AI as a daily thinking partner—you’re the person who asks “what if I could automate this?” before grinding through manual work, and you’re eager to bring that mindset to how we run projects.
The Real Deal:
· A mentor who’s been in the trenches—a senior PMO expert will guide you 1-on-1, helping you debrief after tough cross-functional moments and giving you real support when things get complex;
· Real ownership from day one—through rotations and live campaigns, you’ll grow at the speed of the problems you solve, and when you’re ready, you’ll lead company-level projects;
· A flat, no-ego team where good ideas win—if your take is logical and fixes how teams work together, you’ll get respect and the chance to make it happen right away.
