岗位背景：

我们正在寻找一位具备AI视频创作与IP产品经验的高级产品经理，负责围绕角色IP资产建设移动端产品能力，推动IP内容从创作、分发到商业化的完整闭环。

岗位职责：

· 负责移动端IP产品体系建设：围绕角色IP资产，搭建IP创建、内容生产、资产复用、分发与运营等核心能力；

· 整合AI能力支持多内容形态：将AI Agent、多模态与视频生成能力落地到单元剧、连续剧、日常短视频、口播等IP内容场景；

· 设计增长与商业化机制：建设IP付费、生成后转化、新用户权益等机制，推动创作、消费与商业化闭环；

· 参与创作者生态建设：参与创作者入驻、分成及共创机制设计，推动优质IP内容供给与孵化；

· 推动项目落地与数据优化：协同算法、研发、设计、内容、运营团队推进产品落地，基于数据持续优化产品效果。

任职要求：

· 3年以上AI工具、视频创作或内容产品经验；

· 熟悉AIGC、多模态模型及AI Agent在内容场景中的应用；

· 具备IP产品思维，理解角色设定、系列内容、资产沉淀与持续运营；

· 对创作者生态、内容分发及商业化有基本认知；

· 数据敏感，具备较强的产品推进和跨团队协同能力。

· 有社区虚拟IP、互动IP或创作者平台相关经验；

· 有AI Agent加视频创作产品经验；

· 有AI短剧、AI视频或海外内容产品经验。

About This Role:

We're building mobile AI tools that help creators turn character IP into durable, monetizable content franchises — episodic series, serialized dramas, daily short videos, and talking-head clips. This role owns the product side of that loop: from IP asset creation and reuse to distribution, growth mechanics, and revenue. You'll work hands-on with algorithm, engineering, content, and operations teams to ship features that move business metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

· Own the product roadmap for mobile IP creation and content production, covering character asset creation, content generation, asset reuse, distribution, and ongoing operations;

· Integrate AI Agent, multimodal, and video generation capabilities to support multiple IP content formats: episodic series, serialized dramas, daily short videos, and talking-head content;

· Design growth and monetization mechanics — IP paywalls, post-generation conversion paths, new-user incentives — to close the loop from creation to consumption to revenue;

· Shape creator onboarding, revenue-sharing, and co-creation programs to grow the supply of quality IP content;

· Drive cross-functional execution with algorithm, engineering, design, content, and operations teams, using data to iterate on product decisions.

What You Bring:

· 3+ years of product experience in AI tools, video creation, or content products;

· A working grasp of how AIGC, multimodal models, and AI Agents apply to content scenarios;

· IP product thinking: you understand character settings, serialized content, asset accumulation, and long-term retention;

· Working knowledge of creator ecosystems, content distribution, and monetization models;

· Strong data instincts and a track record of pushing products forward across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with community virtual IP, interactive IP, or creator platforms;

· Experience building AI Agent plus video creation products;

· Exposure to AI short drama, AI video, or overseas content products.
