Why We Need You:
Meitu’s products are already in the hands of millions worldwide—but getting discovered organically across dozens of different markets? That’s a puzzle we’re still solving. We’re building out a lean, high-agency SEO team that can think like a content creator, act like a growth hacker, and move fast enough to keep up with algorithms that won’t sit still. If you get a kick out of watching your rankings climb and genuinely enjoy poking around in the data to figure out what’s working, you’re going to fit right in.
What You’ll Do:
· Own the global organic search strategy for our international websites—figure out where we should play, what content we need, and how to structure our sites so search engines (and people) fall in love with them;
· Dig into site analytics and user behavior to spot the stuff that’s holding us back, then pitch and ship technical SEO improvements that actually move the needle;
· Research, cluster, and prioritize keywords that matter—not just high-volume, but high-intent—and turn those insights into ranking plans that grow qualified traffic across Google and other major search engines;
· Track and report on the metrics that count (traffic, conversions, keyword positions, content performance) in a way that tells a clear story, then use that data to refine what we do next;
· Keep a close eye on competitors and search platform changes—when Google rolls out an update or a rival launches a new play, you’re the first to spot it and already thinking about how we should respond.
Is This You?
· 3+ years of hands-on international SEO experience, with a real understanding of how Google ranks content and the ability to navigate major search engines’ ranking factors without a map;
· A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience that’s taught you the same thing);
· You’re comfortable working in English—you’ll be reading, writing, and talking to teammates across time zones in English every day;
· Data doesn’t intimidate you; you naturally pull insights out of dashboards and use them to shape strategy, not just report on what happened;
· You get things done—you don’t just plan, you publish, test, and iterate, and you’re happy to jump across product, content, and dev teams to make SEO improvements happen;
· You care about internet culture—maybe you’ve built a website, grown a social account, or just have a sixth sense for what people actually click on when they search.
Even Better If You…
· Have already done SEO for a global tools or utility product (think apps, SaaS, or creative tools);
· Speak and write English with native-level fluency or have spent meaningful time working in an English-speaking environment;
· Bring a genuine passion for AI and imaging tech, and get excited about helping people create and express themselves with our products.
