About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our Portuguese-speaking users and our global operations team, ensuring world-class support via Zendesk while contributing to the localized growth of the Airbrush app.


What you will do:

  • Customer Interaction: Handle Portuguese user inquiries (including some English tickets) via the Zendesk support system, providing efficient and professional assistance.
  • Issue Tracking: Document and organize user feedback and technical issues, ensuring they are synced with the User Operations team in a timely manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Maintain close communication with the User Operations team to assist in following up on and resolving complex cases.


Who we're looking for:

  • Language Proficiency: Major in Portuguese or equivalent proficiency; excellent written and verbal Portuguese skills are required. Strong written English or Chinese proficiency is a HUGE PLUS.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service, online support, or related fields is preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, patient, and highly responsible.


Work Schedule:

  • Commitment: 6 days per week, approximately 2 hours per day (flexible by ±1 hour depending on ticket volume).
  • Flexibility: Remote position with flexible hours; however, you must ensure timely responses (all inquiries must be addressed within 24 hours).
