岗位职责：

● 制定审计计划、方案及程序，确保审计工作高效有价值，维护公司稳健发展

● 执行审计项目，包括业务审计、专项审计、舞弊审计等项目

● 出具审计报告，提出审计发现与建议，并结合审计发现，推动业务流程优化，提升业务运营效率与合规性

● 识别业务中的风险，建立并维护风险预警机制，开发风险预警模型工具，持续监控业务数据和指标

● 对风险信号进行动态分析，生成预警报告，提出改进建议并跟踪整改

● 对异常发现进行专项调查，形成证据链并推动问责及处理

● 定期组织廉洁教育培训与宣导，提升全员合规意识

● 完成上级交办的其他事务

任职要求

● 本科及以上学历，英语良好，审计、财务、法务等相关专业，持有CIA、CPA、中高审职称等相关证书。

● 5年以上审计经验，具备独立开展审计项目的能力，有互联网经验优先。

● 有风险预警管理建模经验，熟悉SQL、python应用经验者优先。

● 具有抽象思维，较强逻辑思维及数据分析能力，报告撰写能力、沟通协调能力，能熟练使用办公软件。

● 诚信正直、责任心强，具有敏锐的洞察力，较强的内驱力、抗挫折能力，及良好的时间管理能力。

Title: Audit Supervisor

Location: Xiamen

Key Responsibilities

● Develop audit plans, programs, and procedures to ensure efficient and valuable audits that support the company's steady development.

● Execute audit projects including operational audits, special audits, and fraud investigations.

● Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations; drive business process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

● Identify business risks, establish and maintain risk early warning mechanisms, and develop risk monitoring tools for continuous tracking of business data and metrics.

● Conduct dynamic analysis of risk signals, generate early warning reports, propose corrective actions, and track implementation.

● Perform special investigations into anomalies, form evidence chains, and promote accountability measures.

● Organize integrity education programs to enhance company-wide compliance awareness.

● Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree or higher with good English skills; major in Auditing, Finance, Law or related fields; holding CIA, CPA, or senior audit certifications preferred.

● 5+ years of audit experience with ability to independently lead audit projects; internet industry experience preferred.

● Abstract thinking capability, strong logical reasoning and data analysis skills, excellent report writing and communication abilities, proficiency in office software.

● High integrity, strong sense of responsibility, keen insight, self-motivation, resilience, and excellent time management.
