As our "Number One Growth Player" in the global market, you will lead the 0-to-1 growth flywheel for our cutting-edge AI video editing tools. This role requires more than just data fluency; it demands a sophisticated visual eye. You’ll be responsible for packaging "hard tech" into an irresistible "aesthetic productivity" tool that creators simply cannot live without.


Core Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Growth Strategy & Execution (0-1 Growth):

  • Independently deconstruct user personas for overseas SMBs and C-end users (with a focus on AI video creators). Execute the full lifecycle strategy—from acquisition and retention to conversion.
  • In-App Product Ops: Tailor feature updates to Western aesthetic preferences to drive engagement and monetization.
  • Out-of-App Growth: Build KOL/KOC matrices and leverage content marketing to spark viral growth across social platforms.


2. User Insight & Market Intelligence:

  • Deep-dive into specific creator niches (e.g., YouTube tech reviewers, indie filmmakers, vintage footage collectors) to solve pain points like low resolution, noise, or high compression.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis (e.g., Topaz, Magnific, CapCut) to identify and sharpen our unique value proposition.


3. Community Building & Scaled Growth:

  • Build and manage our official Discord from scratch, turning early adopters into brand evangelists. Establish a strong presence on Reddit and X (Twitter) to maintain a direct pulse on high-value users.


4. The "Super Bridge" (Proactive Liaison):

  • Resource Catalyst: Proactively communicate with and leverage HQ’s product and R&D resources to ensure global needs are prioritized.
  • Frontline Translator: Provide raw, cutting-edge user perspectives to guide rapid product iterations.


5. Team Building & Strategic Exploration:

  • Once the business model is validated, you will be responsible for building and leading the local growth team.


About You

  • The Growth Practitioner: You have a proven 0-to-1 methodology for international mobile products. Whether in ad spend, e-commerce marketing, or SMB acquisition, you have "battle-tested" results. You don't just read dashboards; you decode the human motivation behind the metrics.
  • Aesthetically Driven: We don’t need you to write the underlying AI code, but we do need you to obsess over visual quality.
  • Example: You might be a photography enthusiast who waits hours for the "golden hour" light; a detail-orientated creator who can spot a "texture upgrade" in a split-second AI clip; or perhaps your own social media feed is a curated portfolio of your personal style.
  • The Super Connector: You possess extreme ownership of communication and excel in remote collaboration. You can sense shifts in user needs and precisely mobilize HQ resources. For you, time zones and distance aren't barriers—they are opportunities for "relay-style" high-efficiency work.
  • Bilingual Mastery: English is your primary working language for seamless engagement with global KOLs and SMBs. Simultaneously, you can align deeply with the HQ team in Chinese to ensure global strategy and local execution are perfectly synced.

  • You are an AI creator or social media influencer yourself, with a natural "feel" for AI content pain points (like flickering, artifacts, or clarity).
  • You have an existing network within local creator communities.

1.  全链路增长策略和落地 (0-1 Growth):

  • 独立拆解海外 SMB 与 C 端用户画像(重点是 AI 视频创作者),制定并执行从拉新、留存到转化的全生命周期策略。
  • 负责端内产品运营:根据欧美用户审美偏好,包装功能更新点,提升用户活跃与转化。
  • 负责端外流量攻坚:构建 KOL/KOC 矩阵,利用内容营销(Content Marketing)在社媒引发病毒式传播。


2.  用户洞察与市场研究:

  • 深度调研特定创作者群体(如:YouTube 科技评测博主、独立电影人、老旧素材收藏者),找到他们在处理低分辨率、噪点或高压缩素材时的痛点。
  • 持续分析北美竞品(如 Topaz, Magnific, CapCut ),识别我们产品的差异化竞争优势。


3.  社区建设与规模化增长:

  • 从0开始建立并管理官方 Discord 社区,将早期用户转化为品牌的忠实拥护者。在高流量垂直社群Reddit 和 X 建立品牌存在感,持续保持对高价值用户的链接。


4.  极度主动的“超级桥梁”:

  • 资源撬动者: 主动沟通、充分调用国内产品与研发资源,确保海外需求被高优响应。
  • 前线翻译官: 提供最真实、最前沿的用户视角,帮助产品功能迭代更新。


5.  团队建设与顾问式探索:

  • 验证商业模式后,负责当地增长团队的组建与管理。

  • 超级连接者: 具备极强的主动沟通意识和远程协同能力。你能敏锐感知海外用户的需求变化,并能精准、有力地调用 HQ(总部)的产品与研发资源进行闭环支持。在你工作习惯里,地理距离和时差将转化为一种“接力式”的高效协作,而非沟通的障碍。
