We are looking for a Creative Designer for the Brazil market who understands Brazilian users, video creation, and the social content ecosystem. You will help everyday creators and small businesses create content that feels natural, authentic, and ready to publish, while also connecting with local creative partners for our Design+ program.

What You Will Do

• Research the needs of Brazilian users across mobile content creation, short-form video, social account management, and marketing for small businesses;
• Provide design recommendations for product experiences, brand and marketing visuals, social media content, video templates, and creative effects from the perspective of Brazilian users and local culture; depending on your expertise, create designs directly or collaborate with specialized teams to bring ideas to life;
• Identify and reach out to local designers, studios, video creators, bloggers, and MCNs;
• Develop creative briefs and work with external partners throughout the creation, revision, and delivery process;
• Continuously optimize creative solutions based on user feedback and signals such as first-time completion, publishing, repeat usage, and paid conversion.

What We’re Looking For

• You have lived or worked in Brazil for an extended period and understand the differences across regions, ethnic and cultural backgrounds, and creator communities;
• You are a native or professional-level speaker of Brazilian Portuguese and are able to communicate professionally in either English or Chinese;
• You understand mobile-first creation workflows and know how to balance content quality, authenticity, and production efficiency. You do not need to be an expert in every design discipline, but you should be able to clearly articulate local needs and judge whether a creative output feels right for the market;
• You know how to use AI to improve the efficiency of research and content production, while also being able to identify cultural bias and outputs that feel inauthentic;
• You are proactive in reaching out to people, building trust, and coordinating multiple partners to deliver high-quality work.

Experience with short-form video, creator tools, or strong connections within Brazil’s local creative community is a plus.
