Role Overview

As a Global TA Manager, you will focus entirely on the frontlines of our international experienced hiring tracks (spanning R&D, Product, and Growth) across the U.S., Europe, LATAM, and Asia. You will be the bridging force between global talent and our HQ team. If you are an independent recruiter who prides yourself on speed, market-mapping accuracy, and closing deals, this is your playground.
What You Will Do-
- High-Volume Sourcing & Delivery: Own the end-to-end sourcing and pipeline management for mid-to-senior global roles. You will hunt via LinkedIn, regional job boards, GitHub, and cold-outreach to keep our pipelines buzzing.
- HQ & Candidate Facilitation: Screen global talent, pitch our vision, and seamlessly manage candidates through the interview process, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Data & Pipeline Transparency: Keep candidate trackers clean and updated, ensuring our global talent pipelines are accurate and moving fast.
The DNA We Are Looking For-
The Baseline (Hard Skills):
- Bilingual Mastery (English & Chinese): Both English and Mandarin Chinese must be your fluent working languages. You can interview global talent in flawless English and align instantly with our HQ hiring managers in Chinese.
- Proven Recruitment Engine: 2-4+ years of recruiting experience in tech, internet, or出海 (global expansion) enterprises. A proven track record of delivering cross-border talent is a massive plus.
- Geographic Flexibility: Based in Indonesia, Vietnam, or the U.S., with deep roots in local talent networks but a completely global mindset.
