About the Role

The Growth Marketing Specialist (Korea) will be responsible for shaping and executing market entry strategies for Meitu and Wink in Korea. This role will lead the planning and delivery of marketing initiatives that grow user acquisition, drive subscription revenue, and spark engaging social conversations around our brand and apps.

The right candidate is a creative and strategic marketer who combines strong local insights with a global mindset and hands-on attitude. They will translate cultural and social trends into impactful campaigns, manage collaborations with local agencies and influencers, and design both in-app and social activations that resonate with users in Korea and other global markets. We are looking for someone who brings bold thinking, agile execution, and an ability to elevate both our creative excellence and business results.

In this role you will:

• Develop user-focused, data-driven digital marketing strategies to achieve product objectives;
• Use digital marketing tools, manage local social media, and negotiate KOL/KOC collaborations;
• Explore market trends and user preferences, and collaborate with other teams to implement localized marketing initiatives;
• Build and maintain relationships with local agencies and partners;
• Assist in managing the progress of interns and contractors.

We are looking for someone who:

• 3+ years of marketing experience across in-app campaigns, influencer marketing, and social media, including collaboration with agencies and partners.
• Strong understanding of Korean social media trends and the ability to turn local insights and data into creative campaigns that drive user growth.
• Familiarity with photo or video editing apps and a keen interest in photography and creative expression.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude, with clear communication and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of the Korean market and local culture, ideally gained through living, studying, or working in Korea.
• Strong Korean and English communication skills; Chinese is a plus.
