Position: Corporate Finance &IR Specialist

Role Overview

As a member of our Corporate Finance &IR team, you will sit at the intersection of corporate strategy, finance, and external communication. This is not just a support role; you will be deeply involved in high-stakes projects, from valuation analysis and asset disposal to shaping our global "AI + Imaging" equity story. Reporting to the finance leadership, you will play a key role in articulating our value to the global investment community.

What you'll do-

1. Transaction Execution: Support the execution of capital market projects, including sub-business valuations, asset disposals, and strategic financing.

2. The "Equity Story": Help craft and refine our narrative for quarterly earnings, investor roadshows, and internal leadership briefings in both English and Chinese.

3. Investor Engagement: Coordinate high-level investor meetings and brokerage conferences; manage prep materials, communication scripts, and post-meeting insights.

4. Market Intelligence: Track capital market trends and industry shifts; conduct rigorous peer benchmarking and sector research to keep management ahead of the curve.

5. Financial Modeling: Build and maintain robust financial models, valuation analyses, and market trackers to support data-driven decision-making.

6. Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between the company and the buy-side/sell-side community, ensuring clear and consistent communication of our financial health and strategic vision.

Who we’re looking for-

1. Global Academic Background: You hold a degree from a leading overseas university—ideally in Finance, Economics, or a data-focused field—which has given you a global perspective and a high level of bilingual proficiency.

2. Early-Career Expertise: You have spent about 3 years honing your craft in Investment Banking, Equity Research, or a specialized Corporate Finance/IR role, with a good understand of the "language" in the capital markets.

3. A Natural Analytical Mind: You have a deep, intuitive comfort with financial statements. You enjoy diving into the "why" behind the numbers and can build models that are both robust and easy to understand.

4. A Precise Communicator: You are someone who can articulate a clear point of view. Whether in English or Mandarin, you write with clarity and speak with confidence.

5. A Fast Learner: You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy the challenge of a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
