Why We Need You:
Glenti is a mobile camera app that helps people capture everyday moments with a cinematic look — without complicated post-editing. We're building our early creator marketing in the US from scratch, and we need a freelance partner who knows TikTok and Instagram creator culture, can spot the right aesthetic, and can make collaborations happen from first DM to final deliverable. We care more about content fit, visual taste, and authentic engagement than follower count alone.
What You'll Do:
· Find and shortlist US creators on TikTok and Instagram, with a focus on micro-creators, UGC creators, and lifestyle/aesthetic voices across fashion, travel, café, city life, college life, couples, pets, parenting, and photography;
· Own creator outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management so creators feel clear, respected, and genuinely excited to work with Glenti;
· Help negotiate fees, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights, and keep collaborations moving from first contact to final content;
· Turn campaign ideas into sharp, creator-friendly briefs;
· Track creator and content performance, summarize key learnings, and help us identify which creator types, scenes, and formats work best for Glenti.
Who You Are:
· You're based in the US and available for freelance or part-time remote work;
· You have hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, UGC, or social media campaigns;
· You know TikTok and Instagram creator culture in the US well enough to find the right people quickly;
· You're comfortable independently sourcing, contacting, and managing creators while staying organized and responsive on a small, early-stage team;
· You have a strong eye for lifestyle and aesthetic content and can tell what will feel native to Glenti.
Even Better If You:
· You bring experience negotiating with micro or mid-sized creators;
· You already have a US creator network you can tap into;
· You've worked with mobile apps, photography, editing, lifestyle, travel, or creator tools;
· You know your way around paid social creative, usage rights, whitelisting, or Spark Ads.
