About This Role:
RoboNeo is investing in virtual IP content that can ship consistently and scale through AI. You will own script and story development for a designated virtual IP, delivering production-ready material across formats while turning your working methods into reusable AI screenwriting capability. This role is based in Beijing.
What You'll Own:
· Write production-ready scripts for a designated virtual IP across unit episodes, serialized arcs, daily short videos, and talking-head content, with drafts that can move straight into production;
· Build and maintain character settings, relationships, and world-building, and plan long-term storylines so the IP stays consistent across episodes and content types;
· Use views, completion rates, engagement, and user feedback to evaluate topics, story structure, and character performance, and adjust content direction accordingly;
· Work with product and algorithm teams to translate proven screenwriting methods into prompts, skills, tags, and script evaluation standards, and feed real-production insights back into RoboNeo's script creation and character management features;
· Run regular livestreams or offline sessions to share screenwriting experience and hands-on skills with RoboNeo users.
What You Bring:
· Solid screenwriting fundamentals in story structure, conflict design, character development, and dialogue;
· Hands-on experience creating short dramas, unit episodes, serialized storylines, or character-driven short videos, with a portfolio of finished work;
· IP thinking: you build around a character over time and develop serialized content rather than one-off scripts;
· Working knowledge of AI-assisted creation, including practical use of prompts, agents, and workflows;
· Ability to read content metrics and user feedback and use them to refine creative choices.
Nice to Have:
· Experience building a virtual IP or AI character account from 0 to 1;
· Background in serialized short drama, character-driven accounts, or long-term IP development;
· Experience building screenwriter agents or skills, script tags, or quality evaluation systems.
