岗位职责

1. 负责公司日常会议技术支持、线下活动IT保障、办公区域定期巡检等基础运维工作，确保办公环境稳定有序；
2. 负责IT资产全生命周期管理，涵盖采购验收、入库登记、领用发放、内部调拨、定期盘点、报废处置全流程，维护资产管理系统台账，保证数据准确、账实相符；
3. 负责桌面终端（Windows/MacOS系统）、办公外设（打印机、扫描仪、打卡设备等）的故障排查、硬件维修、系统配置与软件部署，快速响应员工服务诉求，定期输出IT操作指引并开展员工技术培训；
4. 负责办公区基础网络运维，支撑华为、H3C等主流厂商的接入交换机、无线AP、AC控制器等设备的日常巡检、故障排查与终端接入配置；配合推进办公网络优化、点位扩容与架构调整，保障有线/无线办公网络稳定可用；
5. 负责公司主流服务器操作系统（Windows Server、Linux/CentOS/Ubuntu）的基础运维，包含系统部署、账号权限管理、补丁更新、基础服务配置与日常状态巡检；配合执行数据备份策略、验证备份有效性，开展系统日志排查与基础故障处理，协同做好机房环境与硬件设备的日常巡查；
6. 负责基于Prometheus+Grafana等主流运维监控体系的日常值守与告警处置，覆盖终端、办公网络、服务器系统及核心办公系统的运行状态监控；跟进故障从发现、定位到闭环的全流程处理，定期输出巡检报告与运维数据分析报表；
7. 负责办公区弱电系统日常运维，包含门禁、安防监控、会议室音视频线路、考勤设备等的故障排查、点位调整与日常维护，配合弱电项目的落地实施与验收；
8. 梳理优化桌面运维、资产管理、基础设施运维相关SOP与知识库文档，完成上级交办的其他工作。

岗位要求

1. 具备强烈的服务意识与责任心，善于倾听员工需求，拥有良好的沟通协调能力与抗压能力；
2. 精通Windows、MacOS桌面系统运维，熟练处理桌面硬件、办公外设常见故障，能够独立完成终端软件部署与问题排查；
3. 拥有腾讯会议、飞书会议等主流会议系统运维经验，熟悉音视频会议设备调试与故障处理；
4. 熟悉TCP/IP网络基础原理，具备办公有线/无线网络、弱电系统的日常运维与排障经验；了解华为、H3C等主流厂商接入交换机、无线AP的基础配置与故障排查，有机房运维经验者优先；
5. 掌握Windows Server、Linux主流发行版的基础运维操作，能独立完成系统基础配置、日志排查与常见故障处理；
6. 了解Zabbix、Prometheus、Grafana等主流运维监控工具的基本使用，能够独立完成日常巡检、告警响应处理与基础监控配置调整；
7. 具备较强的学习能力与执行力，工作踏实严谨，拥有良好的团队合作精神；
8. 5年以上 IT 基础运维相关经验，有互联网大厂、大型集团IT一线服务经验，兼具基础网络/服务器系统运维经验者优先。

Desktop Support Engineer (Shenzhen)

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for daily meeting technical support, IT support for offline events, and regular inspections of office areas to ensure a stable and orderly office environment.
2. Responsible for the full lifecycle management of IT assets, covering the entire process of procurement acceptance, inventory registration, deployment and issuance, internal transfers, regular asset counts, and disposal. Maintain the asset management system ledger to ensure data accuracy and consistency between records and physical assets.
3. Responsible for troubleshooting, hardware repair, system configuration, and software deployment for desktop terminals (Windows/MacOS systems) and office peripherals (printers, scanners, time clocks, etc.). Respond promptly to employee service requests, regularly produce IT operation guides, and conduct technical training for employees.
4. Responsible for basic office network operations and maintenance, supporting routine inspections, troubleshooting, and terminal access configuration for access switches, wireless APs, AC controllers, and other equipment from mainstream vendors such as Huawei and H3C. Assist in promoting office network optimization, port expansion, and architecture adjustments to ensure the stability and availability of wired/wireless office networks.
5. Responsible for basic operations and maintenance of mainstream server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux/CentOS/Ubuntu), including system deployment, account and permission management, patch updates, basic service configuration, and routine health checks. Assist in executing data backup strategies, verifying backup effectiveness, conducting system log troubleshooting and basic fault handling, and collaboratively performing routine inspections of the server room environment and hardware equipment.
6. Responsible for daily monitoring and alert handling based on mainstream operations monitoring systems such as Prometheus + Grafana, covering the operational status monitoring of terminals, office networks, server systems, and core office systems. Follow up on the entire incident lifecycle from detection, location, to closure, and regularly produce inspection reports and operational data analysis reports.
7. Responsible for routine operations and maintenance of office weak current systems, including access control, security surveillance cameras, meeting room audio/video wiring, time attendance devices, etc., covering troubleshooting, point adjustments, and daily maintenance. Support the implementation and acceptance of weak current projects.
8. Organize and optimize SOPs and knowledge base documentation related to desktop support, asset management, and infrastructure operations. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements

1. Possess a strong sense of service and responsibility, be good at listening to employee needs, and have excellent communication, coordination, and stress management skills.
2. Proficient in desktop system operations for Windows and MacOS, skilled in handling common hardware and office peripheral faults, and capable of independently completing terminal software deployment and troubleshooting.
3. Have experience in operating and maintaining mainstream meeting systems such as Tencent Meeting and Feishu Meeting, and be familiar with audio/video meeting equipment debugging and fault handling.
4. Familiar with the basic principles of TCP/IP networking, with hands-on experience in routine operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of office wired/wireless networks and weak current systems. Understand the basic configuration and troubleshooting of access switches and wireless APs from mainstream vendors such as Huawei and H3C. Candidates with server room operations experience are preferred.
5. Master basic operations and maintenance of Windows Server and mainstream Linux distributions, capable of independently completing basic system configuration, log troubleshooting, and common fault handling.
6. Understand the basic usage of mainstream operations monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus, and Grafana, capable of independently completing routine inspections, alert response handling, and basic monitoring configuration adjustments.
7. Possess strong learning ability and execution capability, work in a down-to-earth and rigorous manner, and have good teamwork spirit.
8. 5+ years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure operations. Candidates with frontline IT service experience in large internet companies or large enterprises, and with combined experience in basic network/server system operations, are preferred.
