岗位职责：
● 协助总工负责公司项目各阶段的室内精装、景观、标识设计和现场管理工作，同时参与幕墙、机电的设计协调工作
● 组织精装与其他专业的合图，负责分管专业的设计交底、图纸会审、及材料样板审批
● 负责分管专业的施工方案、施工组织设计审核
● 负责分管专业的设计和工程进度管理，确保目标计划按时完成
● 参与招标和合约管理，审核分管专业的招标文件及工程量清单
● 协助总工做好分管专业的工程质量检查，包括材料进场检查、中间验收和竣工验收
● 参与工程例会和现场施工协调会，负责分管专业的技术方案论证和问题解决
● 参与付款管理，负责分管专业的现场签证，协助总工处理合同纠纷、索赔等事宜
● 参与外联沟通，包括与设计院、设计师的沟通、对审图、政府审批部门的沟通
● 负责与精装专监的工作对接
● 参与跨部门工作协调，做好精装承接查验和项目移交工作，参与质保期内需施工单位跟进的维保协调工作
● 负责分管专业的设计、交付标准迭代，加强资料管理和制度建设工作
● 支持总部及其他城市办公楼的装修和改扩建工程
● 完成总工交办的其他工作，包括展馆筹开期间必要的配合展陈设计和策展布展工作
任职要求：
● 本科以上学历，建筑学、室内设计、环境艺术专业优先，土木工程及其他近似专业也可考虑
● 10年以上设计院、房企、室内设计公司、或装饰装修企业相关工作经验，有博物馆、美术馆等精品文化建筑项目的设计和现场管理经验优先，有超高层、综合体、高标准酒店项目经验也可考虑
● 审美在线，对色彩和效果敏感，有精品意识，熟悉材料、规范、施工工艺，对植物、雕塑、艺术品有兴趣
● 能使用常规设计软件、有基本的手绘表达能力
● 吃苦耐劳，综合协调能力强，有跨专业图纸审核能力
● 良好的学习能力、沟通能力、组织协调能力，能下沉一线
● 愿意常驻厦门，同时能够接受少量的短期出差
Title: Interior Finishing Engineer
Location: Xiamen
Key Responsibilities
● Assist the chief engineer in charge of interior decoration, landscape, signage design and site management for all stages of the company's projects, and participate in the design and coordination of curtain wall, mechanical and electrical systems.
● Coordinate fit-out drawings with other disciplines and take charge of design clarification, drawing reviews, and material/sample approvals for assigned specialties.
● Review construction plans and construction organization designs for the assigned discipline.
● Manage the design and project progress for the assigned discipline, ensuring timely completion of project targets.
● Participate in tendering and contract management, reviewing tender documents and bills of quantities for the assigned specialties.
● Assist the Chief Engineer in quality inspections, including material acceptance, interim inspections, and final acceptance.
● Attend regular project and site coordination meetings, providing technical input and resolving issues for assigned disciplines.
● Participate in payment management and site verification, and assist the Chief Engineer in handling contract disputes and claims.
● Liaise with external stakeholders including design institutes, designers, review consultants, and government approval authorities.
● Coordinate with the dedicated fit-out supervision team.
● Support cross-departmental coordination, including handover inspections, project delivery, and maintenance coordination during the warranty period.
● Take part in the iteration of design and delivery standards, documentation management, and institutional improvements for the fit-out scope.
● Provide support for renovation and expansion projects of headquarters and other city offices.
● Complete other tasks assigned by the chief engineer, including necessary cooperation in exhibition design and exhibition planning during the preparation period of the exhibition hall.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Environmental Art preferred, civil engineering and other similar majors also can be considered.
● Over 10 years of relevant experience in design institutes, real estate companies, interior design firms, or decoration and construction enterprises.
● Experience with museum, art gallery, or other high-end cultural projects preferred; experience with super high-rise, mixed-use complex, or high-standard hotel projects also acceptable.
● Strong aesthetic sense with sensitivity to color and visual effects; quality-oriented mindset; familiarity with materials, building codes, and construction techniques; interest in plants, sculptures, and artworks.
● Proficient in common design software; capable of basic hand sketching.
● Hardworking and resilient, with strong coordination skills and cross-disciplinary drawing review ability.
● Excellent learning, communication, and organizational skills; able to work hands-on at project sites.
● Willing to be based in Xiamen with occasional business trips.
