Responsibilities
Regional Growth & Commercial Ownership
● Own revenue growth and market expansion in the European region (SPA, medical aesthetic clinics, and cosmetic brands).
● Lead 0-to-1 market entry and expansion in new and existing segments. Develop and execute go-to-market strategy, including channel strategy, positioning, and pricing.
● Build and scale strategic partnerships to drive market penetration and long-term regional growth.
● Drive commercial discussions, deal progression, and partnership conversion with key clients.
Customer Relationship & Client Development
● Serve as the key commercial partner for clients, maintaining frequent and transparent communication.
● Analyze client needs to inform internal product development, improvement efforts and solution offerings.
● Build and maintain long-term client relationships by staying alert to market changes, risks, and business challenges.
Market Intelligence & Cross-functional Strategy
● Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in Europe.
● Provide structured insights to support product and commercial strategy decisions.
● Identify unmet customer needs and emerging market opportunities.
● Align cross-functional teams (product, engineering, sales) to support regional growth execution.
Qualifications
● 5–8 years of experience in solution sales, business development, or client-facing commercial roles in cosmetics, medical aesthetics, SPA, or related industries.
● Proven experience in market expansion, key account growth, or 0–1 regional development (Europe strongly preferred).
● Strong understanding of SPA / clinic / aesthetic device ecosystem.
● Experience working in B2B, channel-driven, or distributor-led models is a strong plus.
● Fluency in English is required for both technical and business communication.
● Additional European language skills such as French, German, or Italian are considered a plus.

● Experience in high-growth startup or international expansion teams.
● Strong networkor ability to quickly build relationships in SPA / medical aesthetics / clinic ecosystem is a strong advantage.
● Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
● Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-changing market environments.
