Why We Need You:

We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing and Partnership Lead to grow Meitu’s creator partnerships in Brazil. You’ll build relationships with top creators across Meitu’s products and develop collaborations that go beyond standard paid content.

From creator outreach and deal-making to campaign follow-up and ROI, you’ll help shape how we work with creators in Brazil and turn strong partnerships into measurable results. If you know the local creator landscape and enjoy bringing together creative ideas, strong relationships, and commercial judgment, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

• Scout and engage top creators in Brazil. Identify standout voices, reach out, and get them excited about working with Meitu;
• Build and manage a roster of top paid creators across Meitu’s products, keeping it organized and active;
• Develop both standard and non-standard collaborations, from paid posts to more creative partnership opportunities;
• Track campaigns from start to finish. Monitor content performance, measure results, and report on ROI to identify what’s working;
• Negotiate creator rates and commercial terms, and coordinate contracts.

Who You Are:

• You have 1–3 years of hands-on influencer marketing experience in Brazil, ideally at an influencer agency;
• You have an established network of top creators and their managers in Brazil, or a proven ability to build one quickly;
• You enjoy connecting with creators, understanding what motivates them, and building relationships beyond a single campaign;
• You’re a confident negotiator who can discuss rates, terms, and deliverables and find outcomes that work for both creators and the business;
• You’re comfortable analyzing campaign metrics and ROI, and turning insights into action;
• You’re a self-starter who takes ownership, works things out independently, and makes things happen in a fast-moving environment;
• You have strong English communication skills.

• Have worked with creator or UGC communities in video or photo content;
• Are curious about AI and creative tools, and enjoy getting to know a product inside out;
• Have professional-level English (C1+) for seamless collaboration with global teams.
