We’re an AI design tool built to serve small and medium businesses across the U.S., with early focus on sectors like food & beverage, retail, and e-commerce. We need a hands-on advisor who understands the diverse realities of SMBs—not only to help shape our strategy, but to actively help us enter the market and grow.
In this role, you will:
● Refine our messaging to clearly communicate value across different SMB segments, from local shops to online sellers.
● Develop a practical launch & growth plan tailored for the U.S. SMB market.
● Open doors and make connections to potential early users, key influencers, niche communities, or strategic partners in relevant verticals.
● Provide grounded feedback on marketing campaigns, content, and outreach approaches based on real-world experience.
We are looking for someone who:
● Has direct experience marketing or selling to U.S. SMBs, with insight into their daily operations and decision-making.
● Is a practical executor—able to move from strategy to action, whether that’s making an intro, co-drafting an email, partnering with influencers, or planning a campaign.
● Brings a relevant network and is willing to leverage it thoughtfully to create early momentum.
● Is U.S.-based and has an authentic feel for local business culture, trends, and communication styles.
● Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where outcomes matter most.
Bonus points for:
● Experience or connections within specific SMB verticals like e-commerce, food service, or retail.
● Familiarity with the design, marketing tech, or AI tool space.
● High proficiency in Chinese.
