岗位职责

1、根据公司业务目标,负责海外产品效果广告的全链路优化,包括不限于广告投放、素材策划、转化漏斗优化等模块,制定有效的策略,提升投放效率及关键数据指标;

2、熟悉Google、Facebook、TT等海外主流投放平台,对行业动态、市场趋势保持高度关注,分析汇总各类投放相关的数据,并依据平台产品特性和用户偏好,提出合理化投放建议;

3、负责数据监控及分析,分析广告转化漏斗,优化广告数据BI报表,对推广带来的用户数量及质量负责,以ROI为导向优化用户获取成本;

4、关注AI行业市场动态,精通1-2个AI工具,能从市场和用户角度推进广告投放工作,能灵活调整投放策略把握AI快速变化的市场机会。

职位要求

1、本科及以上学历,有海外留学或工作经验者优先;

2、3年以上海外主流广告平台投放经验,具备全局意识,能从全链路角度推进投放效果;

3、有优秀的逻辑分析能力与执行能力,挖掘投放数据背后机会信息,并有效落地放大投放效益;

4、有较强的沟通和理解能力,具备市场视角和一定的产品视角,能与产品运营团队高效沟通协作;

5、有独立分析和解决问题的能力,责任心强,有良好的团队合作精神。


Why We Need You:

Our products are used by hundreds of millions of people around the world — BeautyPlus, AirBrush, MagicPic — and we’re just getting started. We’re looking for a performance marketer who can own the paid user growth engine across our C-end apps. You won’t just manage campaigns; you’ll shape how millions discover and fall in love with our AI-powered imaging tools. If you geek out on data, move fast on creative testing, and feel genuinely excited about what AI is doing to the creative space, this is your playground.

What You’ll Do:

· Own the end-to-end performance marketing funnel for global markets — manage campaigns, test ad creatives, optimize landing pages, and tighten the conversion path from impression to install to in-app action;

· Run and experiment aggressively across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other key platforms — you’ll stay ahead of algorithm shifts, platform betas, and what creative formats actually stop the scroll;

· Dive deep into data daily — analyze the conversion funnel, build or refine BI dashboards, and make real-time calls to keep user acquisition cost in check against LTV and ROI targets;

· Bring AI into your workflow — use 1–2 AI tools (whether for creative generation, bidding, or analytics) to sharpen campaigns, and keep a pulse on the AI-driven ad landscape so we capture fast-moving opportunities before the crowd.

Who You Are:

· Bachelor’s degree — any field is fine, but you’re numbers-native and comfortable with analytical tools;

· 3+ years of hands-on experience managing performance campaigns on major overseas platforms — you’ve handled significant budgets and understand what full-funnel optimization actually looks like;

· Sharp analytical instincts — you don’t stop at surface-level CPA; you dig into funnel metrics, spot patterns others miss, and turn data into scaling actions;

· Market-aware and product-savvy — you can read user behavior across regions, understand what makes a creative resonate, and communicate campaign insights clearly to product and creative teams;

· Self-driven and collaborative — you take initiative, own outcomes, and you’re just as comfortable deep in a spreadsheet as you are swapping ideas with a designer or engineer.

· Studied or worked abroad, and have a natural feel for cross-cultural user behavior and regional nuances;

· You’ve dabbled in content creation yourself — you know what makes a thumbnail clickable, a short video addictive, or a visual hook irresistible;

· Experience with subscription-based app monetization or AI-driven creative tools.
