We are looking for a high-energy, well-connected Business Development Manager to be the "boots on the ground" for Zawa, our AI-powered creative in the U.S. market.
Your mission is to bridge the gap between our innovative products and the American SMB ecosystem. You aren't just selling a tool; you are building an ecosystem where e-commerce merchants, video creators, F&B/Restaurant scene and other small businesses leverage AI to scale. You will be the face of the brand at major industry events, the voice in key industry associations, and the strategic partner for local KOLs.
What You’ll Do
● Offline Growth & Strategy: Scout and secure high-impact offline opportunities, including trade shows, industry exhibitions, and local business meetups to drive user acquisition and brand visibility.
● Brand Evangelist: Take center stage as our primary speaker at exhibitions and events. You’ll be responsible for pitching our solutions and demoing the product to potential partners and high-value clients.
● Ecosystem Building: Identify and penetrate local industry associations, chambers of commerce, and niche business communities relevant to e-commerce and digital content.
● Partnership Management: Leverage your existing network or build new ones with local KOLs, media outlets, and community leaders to create co-marketing opportunities.
● Market Intelligence: Act as a bridge between the U.S. market and our product team, providing "first-person" feedback on local trends, competitor moves, and user pain points.
Who We're looking for:
● 5-10 Years of Experience: You have a proven track record in BD, Sales, or Partnerships within the North American market.
● SMB & Creator Economy Expert: You have a deep understanding of the "Big C, Small B" landscape—specifically how e-commerce sellers (Shopify/Amazon/Etsy) and video creators operate.
● Natural Presenter: You are a confident public speaker who can simplify complex AI concepts into compelling business value propositions.
● Resourceful Networker: You come with a "rolodex" of contacts in the U.S. tech, media, or e-commerce space and know how to open doors that others can't.
● Vibrant & Proactive: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and prefer a "peer-to-peer" communication style over bureaucratic processes.
