岗位职责
1. 法律科技工具开发：协助开发及维护合同审阅及起草、上市规则及监管合规、法律检索、尽职调查、文件分析、法律知识库、先例文件库及法律问答AI Agent（供业务团队自助查询）、公司治理等领域的AI及法律科技工具。
2. 法务AI及自动化建设：主动识别高价值法务AI应用场景，推动合同初审、关键风险条款提取、多语言法务邮件回复、常见问题智能分流及法律需求自动受理等流程的端到端自动化。
3. 法律流程工程化：将法律要求、法律判断及法务团队现有工作方式转化为结构化工作流、判断规则及可规模化的技术解决方案，并建立适当的测试、质量控制及人工复核机制。
4. 跨部门协作及系统落地：与公司法务部（国际部）、业务团队、IT及其他技术团队紧密合作，推动自研及第三方法律科技工具的评估、系统集成、部署、应用及根据反馈持续优化，并将法律及合规校验要求嵌入相关业务系统及流程。
5. 法律检索：跟进海外及主要业务国家的法律法规更新，包括数据合规、人工智能、信息安全、实际权益报告等监管要求及动态，并主动跟进国际法律AI行业动态、探索适用工具及新功能。
6. 法律咨询与支持：为公司各部门提供法律咨询及支持，协助解决日常运营中的法律问题，并按需协助处理一般公司秘书事务。
7. 外包商沟通：与外部律师、外部秘书公司、AI及法律科技供应商等专业服务商沟通需求，并跟进工具落地及功能迭代。
8. 工作地点：工作地点在香港或深圳，季度定期到公司厦门总部出差。
任职要求
1. 语言能力：
o 以流利中英文作为日常工作沟通语言，精通中英文书写，能够精通用中英文谈判沟通。具流利英语书写及语言能力的候选人将获优先考虑。
2. 工作经验：
o 具有2–5年法律科技、Legal AI、法律软件开发、法律实务或相关交叉领域工作经验。
o 曾在律师事务所、企业法务团队、法律科技公司或科技公司从事AI或科技相关工作者优先考虑；有可展示的实际开发项目或自动化工作流搭建经验者尤佳。
o 熟悉TMT行业公司运作的候选人优先考虑。
3. 工作能力：
o 做事有逻辑，擅长从业务角度理解问题，具备良好的沟通技巧，能够与法务、业务及技术团队有效协作。
o 结合业务需求，提出切实可行的解决方案，平衡风险与业务协同发展。
o 具备独立处理常规法律事务的能力，自驱力强，以解决问题为导向。
4. 学历要求：
o 法律学士或以上学位。
o 同时具备IT、计算机科学、AI、软件工程或其他相关技术专业的学位、资格、课程背景或可证明的实际项目/开发经验优先考虑。
5. 其他要求：
o 对AI、法律科技及自动化具有浓厚兴趣和好奇心，能够主动探索及测试新工具和功能，并向团队提出可落地的应用方案。
o 具备较强的学习能力和适应能力，能够快速理解公司业务模式及行业特点。
o 认真负责、细致有条理、好奇心重、好学的态度。
o 具有multi-tasking的能力，能够在高压、节奏较快的工作中高效完成任务。
o 具备良好的团队合作精神。
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in law. Having a degree, qualification or demonstrable hands-on experience in IT, computer science, AI, software engineering or another technology-related field an advantage.
- Around 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in legal technology sector, legal AI, legal software development or a combination of these areas in a law firm, in-house legal team or technology company is preferred
- Hands-on programming and workflow-building skills, preferably including Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs, databases and Git, with practical knowledge of LLMs, RAG, AI agents and workflow automation
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Ability to adopt a risk-balancing, flexible and creative approach towards compliance
- Diligent, result-oriented, self-motivated and proactive in independently exploring and testing AI tools, with a strong sense of ownership, responsibility and independence
- Skilled in managing internal stakeholders and external professional parties, including legal technology vendors
Principal Job Description:
- Member of the International Legal Team headed by the General Counsel
- Proactively identify and prioritise legal processes that can be automated, streamlined or enhanced through AI and other technologies for the International Legal Team
- Based in Hong Kong or Shenzhen, with quarterly travel to Meitu’s headquarters in Xiamen
- AI Workflow Optimization: Identify high-impact legal scenarios for AI integration; drive end-to-end automation of legal processes, including pre-screening contracts, extracting key risk terms, multilingual legal email responses and automated FAQ/enquiry triage
- Assist in designing, building, developing, testing and implementing AI and legal technology solutions for the International Legal Team in areas such as contract review and drafting, listing rules and regulatory compliance, legal research, due diligence, document analysis, legal knowledge bases, AI Q&A and enquiry triage, and corporate governance
- Translate legal requirements and working practices into structured workflows, decision rules and scalable technology solutions, with appropriate testing, quality control and human oversight
- Build and curate legal knowledge bases, precedent libraries, and legal Q&A AI Agents to empower business stakeholders with self-service legal guidance
- Work closely with other International Legal Team members, Meitu’s business unit and IT teams and external vendors to evaluate, integrate, deploy and continuously improve legal technology solutions based on user feedback, while embedding appropriate legal and compliance checks into relevant business systems and workflows
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in data protection, ePrivacy and AI laws globally, and proactively explore emerging legal AI tools and underused features, recommending practical applications to the team
- Assist in developing internal policies and procedures to detect potential data breaches / copyright infringement and ensure compliance with privacy regulations, including cross-border data transfers and data breach responses
