As our first growth engine in Latin America, you will take our cutting-edge AI products from 0 to 1 across Brazil and the wider region. We need a results-obsessed growth hacker who understands the 'why' behind the 'how'—someone who leverages local intuition to fine-tune our product and aggressively scale our footprint in the market.

Core Responsibilities

1. Full-Funnel Growth Operations

● Social & Content Engine: Drive organic growth through localized social media and content strategies, leveraging viral hooks and a strategic network of KOLs/KOCs to capture regional trends.

● Retention & Monetization: Design and implement in-app growth strategies. You’ll optimize the user journey, from onboarding to subscription conversion, ensuring we don't just get users, but keep them.

● User Acquisition & Media Buy: Lead the charge on local performance marketing. You’ll manage the budget and optimize channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) to drive efficient installs and high-intent users.

2. Product & Market Localization

● The Feedback Loop: Be the eyes and ears of the LATAM market. You’ll provide the product team with "on-the-ground" insights to localize features, UI/UX, and pricing strategies that fit the local creative culture.

● Competitive Strategy: Monitor the local landscape to identify gaps and opportunities. You’ll stay one step ahead of competitors by adapting our tactics to local market shifts.

3. Strategic Execution & Scaling

● Agile Experimentation: Run rapid A/B tests on everything—from ad creatives to in-app referral loops. You are data-informed but creative-driven.

● Synergy & Team Building: Build a lean local team that moves fast. You’ll bridge the gap between our global HQ and local execution, ensuring our regional strategy is both globally aligned and locally powerful.

About You

● The Growth Hustler: 5+ years in growth marketing or operations within Tech, SaaS, or consumer apps (imaging/social apps are a huge plus). You have a proven track record of scaling products from 0 to 1 and 1 to 100.

● Imaging Enthusiast & Power User: You live in the world of visual content. You’re a power user of imaging tools and naturally understand the "vibe" that makes a creative app successful in Brazil.

● Data-Obsessed, Emotionally Aware: You love a good spreadsheet, but you also have the "gut feel" for what makes people hit the download button. You can turn a localized insight into a high-converting campaign.

● AI-Native: You’re excited about AIGC and know how to market AI-driven features as "must-have" tools rather than just tech gimmicks.

● Cultural & Global Bridge: You’re a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment. You can manage the "organized chaos" of a growing regional office.

● Language Skills: Native-level fluency in English and Portuguese. Professional proficiency in Mandarin is a significant plus, allowing you to collaborate seamlessly with our global HQ resources.
