我们正在寻找一位数据分析实习生，加入美图的数据团队。你将与产品、运营和技术同学协同工作，从数据视角理解业务，用清晰的分析支持日常决策。这是一次深入接触互联网业务数据全流程的实习机会。

主要职责：

· 对接产品与运营团队，梳理并完善数据埋点需求，确保关键行为数据的采集准确、完整；

· 使用SQL提取核心指标，搭建并维护数据看板，持续监测日常业务数据的波动与趋势；

· 参与重点指标的定性定量分析，识别潜在风险与增长机会，输出有业务价值的洞察。

岗位要求：

· 在校本科生或研究生，能保证每周实习不少于4天，实习周期至少3个月；

· 熟练掌握SQL、Excel，了解常用数据统计和分析方法；

· 具备清晰的沟通表达能力，乐于团队协作，有较强的自驱力；

· 逻辑思维缜密，对数据敏感，有主动学习与深挖问题的习惯。

优先条件：

· 计算机、统计学、数学等相关专业背景；

· 熟悉Python或R语言，能进行基础的数据处理与建模。

As a Data Analysis Intern at Meitu’s Xiamen office, you will support our suite of AI-powered imaging products by strengthening data accuracy, building monitoring dashboards, and uncovering insights that guide business decisions. You will collaborate closely with product, operations, and engineering teams, gaining hands-on analytics experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Partner with product, operations, and engineering teams to define data tracking requirements, refine data specifications, and ensure accurate data collection and reporting;

· Use SQL to extract key performance metrics, build and maintain dynamic dashboards, and perform ongoing monitoring of day-to-day business data to support timely decision-making;

· Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of core metrics, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver actionable business insights to stakeholders.

· Able to commit to at least 4 working days per week for a minimum of 3 months.
