你要做的事
- 区域增长策略:制定并 owner 拉美(优先巴西)市场的增长策略——增长节点、内容方向、渠道组合,基于真实数据判断哪条路值得加注、哪条及时止损;
- 端内本地化:主导落地页、资源位、活动的本地化(语言 + 文化 + 市场习惯),并对本地化后的转化效果负责;
- 社媒营销落地:统筹拉美市场的网红/达人合作、AI 创作者招募、官号运营,带本地顾问和内容实习生把策略拆成可执行的动作并盯到结果;
- 广告素材本地化:结合本地审美和平台规则,指导广告/营销素材的本地化产出;
- 一线信号回传:在推广过程中识别拉美用户(SMB + agency)未被满足的需求,把一线信号转化为产品团队可用的机会判断。
我们在找这样的人
- 5 年+ 增长/区域运营经验,独立负责过 0-1 产品或新市场的从无到有,能自己定策略而不是被推着走;
- 有拉美市场(尤其巴西)的增长/获客一手经验,理解当地商家需求与社媒生态;
- 英语、葡语精通,可作为日常工作语言,与外部合作方、本地顾问和用户无缝沟通(硬性);
- 能跨时区统筹本地顾问和实习生,极强 ownership 和执行力。

Regional Growth Manager, Latin America (Zawa · Sydney preferred / Shenzhen)
Zawa is an AI social-media marketing content tool for merchants and marketers. It helps small and medium businesses (SMBs) without in-house production teams — and the marketing agencies that serve them — consistently produce marketing images and videos ready to publish on Instagram, TikTok, and beyond. We're at the 0-1 PMF-validation stage, with the US and Brazil as our priority markets. This role owns building growth in Latin America (especially Brazil) from zero.
What you'll do
- Regional growth strategy: Define and own the growth strategy for Latin America (Brazil first) — growth milestones, content direction, channel mix — using real data to decide where to double down and where to cut losses;
- In-product localization: Lead the localization of landing pages, placements, and campaigns (language + culture + local market habits), and own the post-localization conversion results;
- Social marketing execution: Orchestrate influencer/creator partnerships, AI-creator recruitment, and official-account operations in LatAm; work with a local advisor and a content intern to break strategy into executable actions and drive them to results;
- Ad creative localization: Guide the localization of ad and marketing creatives to fit local aesthetics and platform rules;
- Frontline signal loop: Spot the unmet needs of LatAm users (SMBs + agencies) during growth work and turn frontline signals into actionable opportunities for the product team.
Who we're looking for
- 5+ years in growth / regional operations, having independently owned a 0-1 product or built a new market from scratch — someone who sets strategy rather than waits to be pushed;
- First-hand growth/acquisition experience in Latin America (especially Brazil), with a genuine understanding of local merchant needs and the social-media ecosystem;
- Fluent in English and Portuguese as working languages, able to communicate seamlessly with external partners, the local advisor, and users (required);
- Able to coordinate a local advisor and intern across time zones, with strong ownership and execution.

- First-hand resources and connections in overseas social marketing / influencer partnerships;
