工作职责

1.参与海外业务线BeautyPlus和AirBrush的素材设计与制作，辅助支持副线需求（例如制作缩略图/模特图等）；

2.研究影像类产品各项素材玩法的使用与效果体验，深入洞察时下流行的创意编辑趋势；

3.具备一定分析总结能力，对用户审美偏好、素材上线数据、竞品动态等进行精准分析并及时总结分享。

任职要求

1.设计、艺术或相关专业本科及以上学历，有国际化审美与时尚触觉，对最新的影像讯息保持敏锐（流行妆造/创意编辑/AI趋势/竞品动态）；

2.熟练使用PS、AE等设计工具，有插画/平面设计/动画等专业背景、或有AIGC相关技能者优先；

3.热爱人像编辑、图像视频的后期创作，积极研究海内外流行的创意编辑玩法；

4.具备优秀的沟通与协调能力，能跨团队、跨部门进行对接，顺利高效完成任务；

5.具备数据分析和解决问题的能力，能通过数据驱动作出优化决策；

6.有强烈的求知欲与主动学习能力，乐于钻研新技术，协助落地业务；

7.加分项：喜欢研究流行妆容效果，有绘制妆容的经验。

What You'll Do:

· Design and produce high-quality visual assets for BeautyPlus and AirBrush, including thumbnails, model previews, and in-app material effects;

· Explore how effects and creative tools are used across imaging products, keeping a close pulse on evolving creative editing trends and user behaviors;

· Analyze user aesthetic preferences, asset performance data, and competitor activity, then translate your findings into actionable insights for the team;

· Collaborate with product and marketing teams to bring creative ideas from concept to launch, ensuring swift and high-quality delivery.

Who You Are:

· Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience);

· Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Photoshop and After Effects;

· Naturally attuned to international aesthetics and digital culture, easily spotting new makeup, editing, and AI trends;

· Passionate about portrait editing and photo/video post-production, and you love experimenting with new creative styles;

· A clear communicator who can work effectively across different teams and departments;

· Data-informed, understanding how to look at metrics to validate design choices and solve problems.

Bonus Points:

· A background in illustration, graphic design, animation, or AIGC tools;

· A genuine interest in popular makeup looks and some hands-on experience drawing or designing them.
