About the Role
As an Android Developer Intern, you will do more than just write code; you will act as a technical and cultural bridge for our global expansion. We are looking for a U.S. native (currently in China) or a long-term returnee who possesses a "second-nature" understanding of American lifestyle and digital habits.
In this role, you will help iterate our Android applications, ensuring that our AI-driven features are technically robust and culturally intuitive for the U.S. market. It’s a unique opportunity to combine your Computer Science background with your local market insights to build products that truly resonate with American users.
What You’ll Do
Feature Iteration:
Take primary responsibility for the continuous iteration and functional evolution of Meitu’s overseas mobile applications.
Development & QA:
Assist the engineering team in module development, high-quality coding, and rigorous unit testing to ensure global product stability and seamless usability.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with Product and Operations teams to translate international business needs into technical solutions; provide support for feature updates and rapid troubleshooting.
User Experience Optimization:
Proactively identify and report technical pain points based on overseas user feedback to drive technical improvements.
Who You Are
- Currently enrolled student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above in computer-related fields (Computer Science and Technology, Software Engineering, Electronic Information, etc.)
- Passionate about user interaction experience; eager to improve user experience through technical means
