岗位职责：

● 与产运、技术等团队对接，梳理数据埋点、完善数据需求，保证数据采集准确性

● 使用SQL提取关键指标，支撑业务团队决策，搭建数据看板，持续动态监测日常业务数据

● 参与对日常重点指标的定性定量分析，发现业务的风险和机会点，进行业务洞察

任职要求：

● 在校大学生本硕学历，计算机、统计学、数学等相关专业优先

● 熟练使用SQL、EXCEL，熟悉常用数据统计和分析方法，熟悉Python或R语言者优先

● 具备良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神和自驱力，较强的逻辑思维能力及学习能力

● 每周实习不少于4天，实习周期3个月以上

Key Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with product, operations, and technical teams to organize data tracking points and refine data requirements, ensuring accuracy in data collection.

● Use SQL to extract key metrics and support business team decision-making.

● Build and maintain data dashboards for continuous monitoring of daily business metrics.

● Participate in qualitative and quantitative analysis of key daily indicators, identify business risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications:

● Current undergraduate or graduate student, preferably in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

● Proficient in SQL and Excel familiarity with common statistical and analytical methods knowledge of Python or R is a plus.

● Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, self-motivation, logical thinking ability, and fast learning agility.

● Availability to intern at least 4 days per week for a minimum duration of 3 months.
