【岗位职责】
1. 人才交付实战：深度参与国内及海外岗位的全流程招聘。从理解业务需求、人才寻访、意向沟通到面试安排，你将参与每一个关键环节；
2. 全球渠道拓展：玩转Boss直聘、实习僧等国内主流平台，以及LinkedIn等海外渠道，通过数据洞察和创新手段，为公司挖掘全球精英人才；
3. 雇主品牌协作：协助策划并执行海内外雇主品牌项目，通过内容输出和活动运营，提升美图在海内外高校及专业圈层的影响力；
4. 招聘项目支持：参与内推运营、面试官培训及人才地图（Talent Mapping）分析，提升招聘体系的运作效率。

1. 语言能力：英语可作为工作语言。具备优秀商务英语听说读写能力，能够独立进行英文面试沟通及英文邮件/文档撰写者优先；

【Key Responsibilities】
1. Full-Cycle Talent Delivery: Deeply involve yourself in the end-to-end recruitment process for both domestic and overseas positions. You will take ownership of every critical stage—from deconstructing business requirements and talent sourcing to candidate engagement and interview coordination.
2. Global Sourcing & Channel Optimization: Master domestic mainstream platforms (Boss Zhipin, Shixiseng) and international channels (LinkedIn, etc.). Leverage data-driven insights and innovative sourcing techniques to build a robust global talent pipeline for Meitu.
3. Employer Branding Collaboration: Assist in the ideation and execution of domestic and international employer branding projects. Boost Meitu's influence among global universities and professional communities through creative content production and event operations.
4. TA Project Support: Contribute to the optimization of our recruitment ecosystem, including internal referral programs, interviewer empowerment training, and comprehensive talent mapping research.
【Qualifications】
1. Language Proficiency: English as a working language is mandatory. Candidates with exceptional business English skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) who can independently conduct English interviews and draft professional documentation/emails will be highly prioritized.
2. Professionalism & Insight: Strong logical thinking with a keen eye for talent. Prior experience in corporate HR internships, international recruitment, or executive search (headhunting) is a significant plus.
3. Personal Attributes: A fast learner who thrives in a high-octane, fast-paced environment. We are looking for a proactive individual with strong interpersonal empathy and a high degree of self-motivation.
