About the Role
We are looking for a curious and analytical Influencer & Market Research Intern to support our influencer marketing team, with a primary focus on Western markets (US, CA, Europe, etc.). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys exploring social media beyond the surface - connecting patterns, identifying opportunities, and understanding why certain content, creators, or trends perform well.
You will support the team with creator and KOC research, creator account sourcing, competitor analysis, and broader market research, helping us make informed decisions in Western markets.
What You’ll Do
● Research and identify creators, KOC accounts across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube in Western markets
● Go beyond listing accounts by analyzing creator styles, content patterns, and growth signals
● Assist with competitor and market research, including campaign approaches, creator strategies, and platform trends
● Track emerging trends and viral content in Western markets, and share insights with the team
● Support the influencer marketing team with research, documentation, and other operational tasks as needed
Who We’re Looking For
● Strong interest in Western social media culture and creator ecosystems
● Comfortable navigating and analyzing content on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
● Able to work with English content and communicate clearly in English
● Able to commit to an internship for 4 to 6 months (Base Shenzhen深圳 or Beijing北京)
● Naturally curious, willing to dig deeper, and able to connect the dots rather than just collect data
● Detail-oriented, reliable, and open to hands-on, supportive work
● Interested in working within a global, cross-cultural team
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
● Experience with influencer marketing, creator research, or market analysis
● Interest in photo editing apps, beauty, or content creation
● Exposure to Western markets through study, work, or personal projects
● Basic understanding of digital marketing or creator economies
