我们正在为旗下多款 影像 & AI 相关 App 招募一名具备海外本地视角的社媒与社区运营实习生。

你将深度参与产品在 英语或日语市场 的内容研究、社区运营与本地化共创，直接影响产品在海外用户中的真实认知与口碑。

岗位职责

海外社媒 & 市场调研（偏策略与内容支持）

• 持续跟踪目标市场（英语或日语地区）的 社媒热点、内容趋势、竞品动态，包括但不限于 Reddit、X、YouTube、TikTok 等平台。
• 对调研内容进行 体系化整理与输出（趋势总结、用户偏好、内容风格等），为市场与内容团队提供参考。
• 与素材制作同学协作，从本地用户视角出发，对海外素材提出语言、表达、叙事方式与文化层面的优化建议。
• 结合 AI 工具，提高调研、整理与分析效率（如信息汇总、内容对比、灵感提炼等）。

海外社区运营（Reddit / Discord）

• 参与并运营多个App 的 Reddit 或 Discord 社区，以真实用户视角与海外用户互动。
• 参与内容发布、评论互动与社区氛围维护，帮助社区保持自然、友好、有价值的讨论环境。
• 收集用户反馈、常见问题与高价值讨论内容，整理并反馈给产品与市场团队。
• 协助观察社区数据与用户行为变化，为后续运营方向提供支持。

任职要求

国籍背景：

• 美国或日本本地人，目前在中国留学（本科 / 硕士均可）。

语言能力：

• 英语或日语为母语（至少其一），具备自然、地道的书面与线上交流能力。
• 能理解互联网语境，避免“营销味”表达。

社媒 & 社区使用习惯：

• 日常活跃于海外社媒或社区（如 Reddit、Discord、X、YouTube 等）
• 对社区文化、用户互动方式有真实体验与判断。

兴趣与工具偏好：

• 对 AI 工具感兴趣，愿意主动使用 AI 提升效率。
• 喜欢影像、创作类 App（剪辑、设计、生成类工具经验加分）。

个人特质：

• 对海外用户视角敏感，愿意表达自己的真实看法。
• 沟通顺畅，愿意与中国团队协作。
• 有耐心，能持续参与社区日常运营。

Title: Global Social Media & Community Operations Intern (US/Japan Market)

Location: Shenzhen

Commitment: 3+ days per week | 3+ months

About the Role

Join us in bringing our AI-driven imaging apps to a global audience! As our Community Intern, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our products and users in the US or Japanese markets. From localizing content to sparking community discussions, your work will define how international users perceive and trust our brand.

This is the perfect fit if:

• You are a native English or Japanese speaker (ideally an international student in China).
• You "live" on social media, love hanging out in niche communities, and are always the first to try out new AI gadgets or features.
• You have an eye for visual storytelling and a passion for creative tools.

What You’ll Do

1. Market Intelligence & Content Strategy

• Trend Spotting: Monitor and analyze social media trends, viral content, and competitor movements across platforms like Reddit, X, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Insight Synthesis: Transform raw research into structured reports (covering user preferences, content styles, etc.) to guide our global marketing strategy.
• Localization Co-creation: Partner with our creative team to refine ad assets, ensuring language, narrative, and cultural nuances resonate with local audiences.
• AI-Powered Research: Leverage AI tools to streamline information gathering, data summarization, and creative brainstorming.

2. Community Operations (Reddit / Discord)

• Authentic Engagement: Manage and grow our presence on Reddit/Discord, interacting with users from a genuine, peer-to-peer perspective.
• Community Health: Oversee content posting and comment moderation to foster a friendly, high-value, and organic community atmosphere.
• User Feedback Loop: Identify and synthesize high-value user discussions and pain points to inform product and marketing roadmaps.
• Data Observation: Track community growth metrics and user behavior patterns to support future operational strategies.

Who You Are

• Background: Native of the United States or Japan, currently pursuing a degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in China.
• Language Skills:
• Native fluency in English or Japanese.
• Exceptional ability to communicate in a natural, "non-corporate" online voice.
• Digital Native:
• Active user of platforms like Reddit, Discord, X, or YouTube.
• A deep understanding of internet subcultures and community etiquette.
• Tech-Savvy:
• Enthusiastic about AI tools and eager to use them to boost productivity.
• Interest in photo/video editing or creative design apps is a huge plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Culturally sensitive with a strong "user-first" mindset.
• Collaborative, patient, and comfortable working within a cross-cultural team environment.

Bonus

• Experience as a moderator or highly active contributor on Reddit/Discord.
• Background in content creation, video editing, graphic design, or AI-generated art.
• Previous experience with or interest in SaaS, AI, or Creator Economy tools.
