职位描述

岗位职责


  1. 商业化产品支持


  • 参与 AI 创作产品的会员、点数、套餐、权益、付费弹窗等商业化模块梳理,输出可落地的需求文档、配置说明和验收清单。


  • 跟进定价、权益、买赠、支付、履约等链路的产品配置与上线验证,确保前端展示、后台配置、用户路径和业务规则一致。


  • 协助拆解用户转化、留存、付费、消耗等关键问题,结合数据、截图、用户反馈和竞品信息,形成明确的优化建议。


  • 结合粉丝文化、追星修图、应援物料、头像壁纸、海报二创等内容创作场景,参与梳理用户需求、付费动机和高频使用路径。



  1. 需求文档与跨团队协同


  • 协助撰写和维护 PRD、评审材料、配置表、复盘文档和项目进度记录,保证信息清晰、可执行、可追溯。


  • 与产品、设计、研发、运营、数据等团队协作,跟进需求从讨论、设计、开发、配置到验收上线的完整闭环。


  • 在需求评审和上线过程中,主动发现规则遗漏、体验断点、文案歧义和异常状态,推动问题及时解决。


  • 协助将饭圈用户的真实表达、创作习惯和传播需求转化为产品功能、模板方向、权益包装和商业化卖点。



  1. 市场、竞品与业务分析


  • 跟踪 AI 工具、订阅制产品、创作软件、会员体系等方向的竞品动态,提炼对产品策略和商业化设计有价值的结论。


  • 关注粉丝向内容社区、修图工具、AI 生图/修图产品、明星物料创作玩法,整理典型案例、用户痛点和可复用的产品机会。


  • 支持商业化专题分析,包括套餐设计、权益分层、价格策略、用户路径、转化漏斗和活动效果复盘。


  • 将分散信息整理成清晰的判断框架,帮助团队更快做出产品和业务决策。



任职资格


  • 本科及以上在读,商科、数据、计算机、设计等相关背景优先。


  • 对 AI 产品、内容创作工具、订阅会员、商业化增长有兴趣,愿意长期深入一个业务问题。


  • 对饭圈文化、粉丝内容创作、社媒传播或年轻用户审美有一定理解,能敏感捕捉用户为什么创作、为什么分享、为什么付费。


  • 具备较强的信息整理和结构化表达能力,能把复杂问题拆成事实、判断、风险和下一步动作。


  • 熟练使用飞书/Excel 或表格工具,能独立整理数据、需求、截图、配置项和项目进度。


  • 具备基础数据意识,能理解转化率、留存、消耗、ARPU、退款、权益使用等常见商业化指标。


  • 做事细致,沟通主动,有责任心。


  • 每周至少实习 5 天,连续实习 3 个月以上,6 个月以上优先。

  • 有 AI 工具、SaaS、内容创作、会员订阅、增长运营、产品运营相关实习经历。


  • 使用过 Figma、Notion、飞书多维表格、SQL、数据看板或低代码/自动化工具。


  • 熟悉微博、小红书、抖音、B站、Lofter 等内容平台,对饭圈内容传播、应援物料、明星/影视/综艺二创有实际观察或参与经验。


  • 对 AI 产品、饭圈产品、创作工具、订阅定价、积分/点数体系有持续观察。


Commercialization Product Support

  • Participate in sorting out commercialization modules for AI creation products, including memberships, credits, packages, entitlements, and payment pop-ups; produce actionable requirement documents, configuration guides, and acceptance checklists.
  • Follow through product configuration and launch verification across pricing, entitlements, promotions, payment, and fulfillment workflows to ensure consistency among front-end displays, back-end configurations, user journeys, and business rules.
  • Assist in breaking down key issues such as user conversion, retention, payment, and consumption; synthesize data, screenshots, user feedback, and competitive intelligence to formulate clear optimization recommendations.
  • Contribute to understanding user needs, payment motivations, and high-frequency usage paths in content creation scenarios including fan culture, idol photo editing, fan support materials, avatars/wallpapers, and poster re-creation.

Requirements Documentation & Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Assist in drafting and maintaining PRDs, review materials, configuration sheets, retrospective documents, and project progress records to ensure clarity, actionability, and traceability.
  • Collaborate with product, design, R&D, operations, data, and other teams throughout the full cycle from requirement discussion, design, development, and configuration to launch and validation.
  • Proactively identify gaps in rules, experience breaks, ambiguous copy, and edge cases during requirement reviews and launch processes; drive timely issue resolution.
  • Help translate real expressions, creative habits, and dissemination needs of fandom users into product features, template directions, entitlement packaging, and commercial selling points.

Market, Competitive & Business Analysis

  • Track competitive dynamics in AI tools, subscription-based products, creative software, and membership systems; distill actionable insights for product strategy and commercialization design.
  • Monitor fan-oriented content communities, photo-editing tools, AI image generation/retouching products, and celebrity-material creation practices; curate representative use cases, user pain points, and reusable product opportunities.
  • Support ad-hoc commercialization analyses, including package design, entitlement tiering, pricing strategies, user paths, conversion funnels, and campaign effectiveness reviews.
  • Organize disparate information into clear decision-making frameworks to help the team move faster on product and business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably with a background in business, data science, computer science, design, or related fields.
  • Genuine interest in AI products, content creation tools, subscription memberships, and commercialization growth; willingness to dive deep into business problems over the long term.
  • Some understanding of fandom culture, fan content creation, social media dissemination, or the aesthetic preferences of younger users; ability to intuitively grasp why users create, share, and pay.
  • Strong information synthesis and structured communication skills; able to break complex issues into facts, judgments, risks, and next steps.
  • Proficient in Feishu/Excel or equivalent spreadsheet tools; capable of independently organizing data, requirements, screenshots, configuration items, and project status.
  • Basic data literacy, with an understanding of common commercialization metrics such as conversion rates, retention, consumption, ARPU, refunds, and entitlement usage.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive in communication, and accountable.
  • Available to intern for at least 5 days per week for a minimum of 3 consecutive months; 6 months or more is preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Prior internship experience in AI tools, SaaS, content creation, membership subscriptions, growth operations, or product operations.
  • Experience using Figma, Notion, Feishu multidimensional tables, SQL, data dashboards, or low-code/automation tools.
  • Familiar with content platforms such as Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Bilibili, and Lofter; has practical observation or participation experience in fandom content dissemination, fan support materials, or celebrity/film/TV/variety show re-creation.
  • Maintains ongoing observation of AI products, fandom-oriented products, creation tools, subscription pricing, and points/credit systems.
