职位概述

参与 AI 短剧 Agent Web 端产品建设，协助产品经理推进产品迭代，提升短剧创作效率与成片质量。

工作职责

调研 AI 短剧、视频生成类产品，完成竞品分析和能力对标；

输出需求文档与产品原型，跟进开发、测试、上线及验收；

跟进生成效果，推动视频生产全链路问题的优化；

整理产品迭代日志、案例库及效果评测报告。

岗位要求

逻辑清晰、主动性强，细心，能够发现问题并推动解决；

有产品实习经验，能够独立完成需求文档和跟进上线；

研究生二年级在校生，能够全职实习4个月以上；

熟练使用原型工具、熟练使用AI工具

有 AIGC、Agent、视频工具或内容创作产品相关经历；

深度使用过即梦、可灵、海螺、Runway、Vidu、Seedance 等产品；

有短剧、短视频或自媒体创作经验；

Why We Need You:

We’re building an AI-powered short drama creation tool — an agent that helps creators move from idea to finished video faster than ever. As a product intern, you’ll work side-by-side with our product manager to shape the web experience, test new features, and obsess over every detail that makes creation feel like magic. If blending storytelling, video, and AI gets you fired up, this might be the perfect challenge.

What You’ll Do:

· Dive into the AI short drama and video generation landscape — map competitors, benchmark features, and share insights that drive product decisions;

· Write clear PRDs and sketch prototypes, then shepherd features through development, testing, launch, and final sign-off;

· Monitor generation quality closely, triage issues, and push for improvements across the entire video production pipeline — from rendering to final output;

· Maintain product iteration logs, build a library of compelling examples, and compile quality evaluation reports to guide future direction.

Who You Are:

· You think logically, take initiative, and have a sharp eye for detail — you spot what’s off and figure out how to fix it;

· You’ve already done at least one product internship and can independently write PRDs and see a feature through the full launch cycle;

· You’re a second-year master’s student (or equivalent) and can commit to a full-time internship for at least 4 months;

· You’re comfortable with prototyping tools (Figma, Axure, etc.) and reach for AI tools daily to get things done faster.

Bonus Points:

· You’ve worked on AIGC, agent-based, video-tool, or content creation products before;

· You’ve gone deep with tools like Jimeng, Kling, Hailuo, Runway, Vidu, Seedance and know their strengths and rough edges;

· You’ve created short dramas, short videos, or run your own channel — even just for fun;

· You’re genuinely curious about AI products and short-form storytelling, and you can’t resist testing every new tool that pops up.
