参与测试中台自动化平台建设与优化，结合 AI 提效战略，探索 AI 测试工具与工作流研发，提升测试效率与产品质量。
本岗位为 2026 年暑期实习，全职实习时长 5 个月以上。实习期间表现优秀者，将有机会获得留用。
职责描述
- 参与产品需求分析，编写并执行测试用例，覆盖功能/接口/性能/稳定性测试等专项工作
- 参与自动化测试平台、测试用例管理平台及框架的开发与维护，支持移动端、PC 端、Web 端多端测试场景
- 参与 AI 测试工具或 AI Agent 的开发与实践，探索 AI 在测试用例生成、缺陷分析、测试数据构造等场景的应用
- 协助搭建 AI 测试工作流，推进测试流程自动化建设
- 与研发、产品紧密协作，跟进线上问题，协助定位缺陷并推动问题闭环
任职资格
- 本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程或相关专业优先
- 熟悉至少一门编程语言（Python / Java / Go / JavaScript 等），掌握基本数据结构与操作系统、计算机网络基础
- 了解软件测试基本流程与方法，对自动化测试或测试工具开发有兴趣
- 具备良好的逻辑思维能力和问题分析能力，主动学习，工作认真负责
加分项
- 了解自动化测试框架（Pytest、Playwright、Appium、Selenium 等）或自动化工具
- 了解 AI / 大模型 / AI Agent / LangChain / RAG 等技术或有相关实践经验
- 有互联网广告相关测试经验（DSP / SSP / RTB 等）或移动端测试经验
- 有海外产品使用体验，具备基础英语能力，关注多语言/多地区场景下的产品质量问题
- 熟练使用 AI 编程工具（Claude Code、Cursor、Codex 等）
▸ Overview
You'll help build and improve Meitu's test automation platform, and explore AI-powered testing tools and workflows to raise the quality bar across all products.
This is a full-time summer 2026 internship (5+ months). Strong performers will be considered for a return offer.
▸ Responsibilities
- Write and execute test cases covering functional, API, performance, and stability testing
- Develop and maintain automation testing platforms, frameworks, and toolchains supporting mobile, PC, and web
- Build and experiment with AI testing tools and AI Agents — including test case generation, defect analysis, and test data creation
- Help build AI-driven test workflows to increase automation coverage
- Collaborate with engineering and product to track production issues, isolate bugs, and drive resolution
▸ Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in CS or Software Engineering
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, etc.); solid CS fundamentals
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies; interest in test automation or tool development
- Analytical thinker with a proactive, detail-oriented work style
▸ Bonus Points
- Experience with automation frameworks (Pytest, Playwright, Appium, Selenium, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI/LLM/Agent/LangChain/RAG concepts or hands-on experience
- Testing experience in ad tech (DSP/SSP/RTB) or mobile applications
- International product exposure; basic English proficiency; awareness of multi-language/multi-region quality considerations
- Proficiency with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, etc.)
