负责美图系产品（美图秀秀、美颜相机、Wink、BeautyPlus、AirBrush 等）影像效果的设计、制作与优化，涵盖美颜效果迭代升级、AIGC 场景效果落地（AI 写真/AI 换装等）及创新效果从脑暴到落地的全链路跟进。你将深度结合用户审美洞察与行业趋势，为影像产品的智能化场景持续赋能。

本岗位为 2026 年暑期实习，全职实习时长 5 个月以上。实习期间表现优秀者，将有机会获得留用。

职责描述

- 参与影像产品效果功能的设计、制作与优化，包括美颜效果（磨皮、美型、肤色等）的优化升级，以及创新效果从概念脑暴到上线验收的全程跟进

- 负责 AIGC 相关效果的制作与落地（如 AI 写真、AI 换装等），把控效果质量，为 AI 智能化场景赋能

- 主动挖掘用户需求，有网感，对热点敏锐，善于分析与洞察当下流行的图像风格偏好与趋势走向

- 研究影像类产品功能使用与效果体验，深入洞察影像技术及竞品动态的发展趋势

- 对用户审美偏好、功能上线数据、竞品动向等进行精准分析，用数据驱动效果优化决策

任职资格

- 设计、艺术或相关专业在读；具有扎实的美术/绘画功底，想象力丰富，能适应并驾驭多种画风

- 热爱摄影与图像/视频后期创作，熟练使用 Photoshop、AE 等 Adobe 系设计工具，随手可以让照片呈现出不同的质感与风格

- 审美在线，对色彩高度敏感，具备国际化审美与时尚触觉，对最新影像趋势保持持续关注

- 脑洞大，喜欢推陈出新，乐于挑战，希望你是个有趣的人

- 细心谨慎，沟通协调能力强，执行力强，具备良好的团队合作精神和抗压能力

▸ Overview

You'll design, produce, and optimize visual effects for Meitu's imaging products (Meitu, BeautyCam, Wink, BeautyPlus, AirBrush, etc.) — spanning beauty filter refinement, AIGC scene production (AI portraits, AI outfit changes, etc.), and full-cycle creative development from concept to launch.

This is a full-time summer 2026 internship (5+ months). Strong performers will be considered for a return offer.

▸ Responsibilities

- Design, create, and optimize imaging effects — including beauty enhancements (skin smoothing, face reshaping, tone correction, etc.) — and own creative concepts through to production launch

- Produce and deliver AIGC-driven effects (AI portraits, AI outfit changes, etc.); maintain quality standards to support AI-powered scenarios

- Proactively identify user needs; stay tuned to trending aesthetics and viral visual styles; provide informed insights to guide creative direction

- Research product features and user experience across the imaging landscape; track industry developments and competitor moves

- Analyze user aesthetic preferences, post-launch feature data, and competitive dynamics to drive data-informed optimization

▸ Qualifications

- Enrolled in a design, fine arts, or related program; strong foundational art and drawing skills; imaginative and adaptable across multiple visual styles

- Passionate about photography and image/video post-production; proficient in Photoshop, AE, and other Adobe tools; able to bring out a range of moods and aesthetics through editing

- Highly refined aesthetic sensibility; strong color intuition; international visual taste; sharp eye for emerging imaging trends

- Creative and bold — you love pushing boundaries and experimenting. We hope you're a genuinely interesting person

- Detail-oriented, communicative, adaptable, and resilient; strong team player with solid execution

- Curious and wide-ranging in interests; comfortable with basic data analysis and problem-solving

▸ Bonus Points

- Experience with AI image generation tools (Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, ComfyUI, etc.); AI-generated work in portfolio (portraits, stylized renders, outfit changes, etc.)

- Interest in portrait makeup artistry; experience with portrait illustration

- Familiarity with the mobile photography app ecosystem and camera effect trends

- International product exposure; professional English reading proficiency
