Position Overview:

Meitu is looking for localization QA specialists to help localize our app and marketing content. You will review/translate in-app copy, promotional texts, user guides, etc., ensuring the wording is culturally appropriate, idiomatic and resonates with target users.

This is a full-time summer 2026 internship (5+ months). Strong performers will be considered for a return offer.

Key Responsibilities:

● Verify that UI text, notifications, feature descriptions, and marketing content conform to local expressions and conventions.

● Enhance product localization quality by referencing the terminology used in mainstream local products.

● Continuously monitor target market trends, internet slang, and cultural contexts to improve localization quality.

Qualifications:

● Strong linguistic skills and translation expertise.

● Native speaker of the target language; advanced command of English or Chinese is preferred.

● In-depth familiarity with local cultural customs and popular expressions.

● Prior experience using or translating software related to image processing or video editing is a plus.

● Meticulous attention to detail, excellent language sense, and the ability to meet deadlines.

● Experience with translation tools (e.g., CAT tools, Translation Management Systems) is preferred.
