Who We’re Looking For

• Aesthetic Enthusiast: A power user of photo/video apps with a refined taste and a keen interest in trends, beauty, fashion, or AI.
• Trend Hunter: A "5G digital native" with an ultimate sense of the internet. You can pinpoint viral trends and translate them into engaging operational playbooks.
• Data & Insights: Highly sensitive to numbers. You can find patterns in complex data and dive deep into the core of user needs.
• Sharp & Curious: High mental agility and a quick learner. You grasp new concepts instantly and possess rock-solid logic.
• Global Vision: Fluent in English and Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing). You can truly "vibe" with users worldwide. Long-term cross-cultural living or study experience is a huge plus.
• Commitment: Able to intern full-time for 5 months or more.

What You’ll Do

• Content Mastermind: Produce and curate high-quality community content and handle promotional materials to help great ideas "break the circle."
• Trend Capture: Maintain an ultimate pulse on the web, continuously discovering and researching pop trends to guide content creation.
• Insight-Driven Growth: Immerse yourself in user feedback and data, track competitor moves, and use your insights to constantly optimize the product experience.
• Collaborative Execution: Coordinate with various departments to push projects to the finish line and experience product growth through hands-on combat.
