岗位概述

负责美图系产品（美颜相机、BeautyPlus、Whee 等）视觉素材的设计开发与落地，涵盖平面素材制作、运营活动设计及设计趋势研究，同时结合 AI 工具探索 AIGC 在视觉内容生产中的实战应用。

本岗位为 2026 年暑期实习，全职实习时长 5 个月以上。实习期间表现优秀者，将有机会获得留用。

职责描述

- 负责产品相关视觉素材的设计制作与落地，包括但不限于滤镜效果、装饰贴纸、修图模板、平面素材及运营活动设计等，确保交付物符合项目质量标准

- 深入调研社交平台的流行视觉趋势，持续追踪泛娱乐、潮流时尚等领域的美学动向，为创意脑暴和设计方向提供专业洞察

- 参与用户研究，结合目标用户审美偏好，提升设计方案对用户群体的匹配度

- 在导师指导下，利用 AI 工具辅助视觉内容产出，探索 AIGC 在设计场景中的应用与效果优化

- 协助设计师完成项目各阶段的视觉打样与执行工作，配合业务需求推进项目落地

任职资格

- 艺术设计、视觉传达、插画等相关专业在读（本科或研究生），具备扎实的美术绘画功底和图文排版能力

- 熟练使用 Photoshop、Illustrator 等 Adobe 设计工具；手绘原创能力强，能独立完成从草稿到成稿的完整设计流程

- 对流行色彩与视觉构图有敏锐的把控力，对设计时尚趋势保持持续关注

- 了解 AIGC 领域，能运用至少一种 AI 生图工具（Midjourney / Stable Diffusion 等）辅助设计产出

- 执行力强，工作态度积极主动，具备良好的沟通能力、责任心和团队协作精神

加分项

- 深度了解 Kpop 饭圈文化，熟悉小卡、写真集、应援周边等产品的设计逻辑与审美特征

- 有海外留学或生活背景，具备国际化审美视野和一定的英语能力

- 熟练使用 Procreate、C4D 等进阶设计/三维工具

- 有 AI 设计相关作品集（AI 生图、风格化素材、AIGC 辅助排版等）

▸ Overview

You'll develop and produce visual assets for Meitu's products (BeautyPlus, Whee, etc.) — covering graphic content, campaign design, and trend research — while experimenting with AI tools to explore new possibilities in AIGC-assisted visual production.

This is a full-time summer 2026 internship (5+ months). Strong performers will be considered for a return offer.

▸ Responsibilities

- Design and deliver product visual assets — filters, stickers, editing templates, flat graphics, and campaign materials — meeting project quality standards

- Research visual trends on social platforms; continuously track aesthetic movements in entertainment, fashion, and pop culture; provide creative insights to guide design direction

- Participate in user research; align design solutions with target audience aesthetics to maximize resonance

- Under mentor guidance, use AI tools to assist visual content production; explore AIGC applications for specific design contexts

- Support designers in visual prototyping and execution; move projects forward based on business needs

▸ Qualifications

- Enrolled in an art design, visual communication, illustration, or related program (undergraduate or graduate); strong foundational art and graphic layout skills

- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe tools; strong original illustration skills; able to take work from sketch to polished final output independently

- Keen sensitivity to trending color palettes and visual composition; stays actively engaged with design and fashion movements

- Familiar with AIGC; proficient with at least one AI image generation tool (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.) to augment creative output

- Executes with high accountability; proactive, collaborative, and a strong communicator

▸ Bonus Points

- Deep familiarity with K-pop fan culture; understanding of the design language for photocards, photobooks, and fan merchandise

- International study or living experience; global aesthetic sensibility; basic English proficiency

- Proficiency in Procreate, C4D, or other advanced design or 3D tools

- AI design portfolio including AI-generated assets, stylized graphics, or AIGC-assisted layouts
