负责产品数据分析与业务洞察，通过数据埋点梳理、指标体系搭建和深度分析，支撑产品与运营团队的业务决策。

本岗位为 2026 年暑期实习，全职实习时长 5 个月以上。实习期间表现优秀者，将有机会获得留用。

职责描述

- 与产运、技术等团队对接，梳理数据埋点、完善数据需求，保证数据采集准确性

- 使用 SQL 提取关键指标，搭建数据看板，持续动态监测日常业务数据

- 参与对日常重点指标的定性定量分析，发现业务的风险和机会点，输出业务洞察

任职资格

- 在校本科或硕士在读，计算机、统计学、数据科学、商业分析等相关专业优先

- 熟练使用 SQL、Excel，熟悉常用数据统计和分析方法

- 熟悉 Python、AI 工具者优先

- 具备良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神和自驱力，较强的逻辑思维能力及学习能力

- 了解 AI 工具在数据分析中的应用，能利用 AI 提升分析效率

▸ Overview

You'll drive product data analysis and business insights, helping product and operations teams make smarter decisions through rigorous tracking, dashboards, and deep-dive analyses.

This is a full-time summer 2026 internship (5+ months). Strong performers will be considered for a return offer.

▸ Responsibilities

- Partner with product, operations, and engineering teams to define tracking requirements and ensure data quality

- Extract key metrics using SQL; build dashboards and monitor daily business performance

- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses on key indicators; surface business risks and opportunities

▸ Qualifications

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in CS, Statistics, Data Science, or Business Analytics

- Proficient in SQL and Excel; familiarity with standard statistical methods and analytical approaches

- Python and AI tool experience preferred

- Strong communicator, collaborative, self-driven, with solid logical thinking skills
